It was 4h50 pm,Sunday June 16,
A Spanish lady not allowed me to use the restroom pretended it's broken but it wasn't because I tried later after her shift,I used it..
She was rude,unprofessional as a cashier.
As a Ridgefield resident since 2017,
I think the town deserves good workers and good services.

Excellent customer service! Extremely inviting and helpful staff, especially Jeremy. I had to stop in to purchase engine oil and Jeremy not only made the effort to grab some extra stock for me from the back, but kindly offered to assist me with all of my questions and needs. He saw that I needed a little assistance with adding the engine oil to my car and without me even having to ask he came out to the parking lot and assisted me each step of the way. Very friendly and warm energy, and its good to see that! Especially in days when it can seem like customer service has gone out the window!

Not spending a single penny in this gas station ever again the girl who was the cashier this evening was so disgusting must be very important to be on the phone than checking out costumers, I had to repeat myself 3x due to her poor customer service.

Paid cash for fill up, left without collecting money not used. Attendant put the money aside in register and returned to me the next time I went in - approximately two weeks later. Honesty and Excellent Customer Service. Only station I will go to in Ridgefield

Jeremy is an extremely polite and courteous individual who keeps the station clean with a well stocked convenience store.

Best gas station and convenience store in town which is why it's the only one I go to. Staff is always professional and friendly, many of them remember what I always get when I go there and grab it for me as soon as I walk in. Jeremy specifically is extremely helpful and just a cool guy, always goes out of his way to help however he can. When I notified him that there was a large pothole in the parking lot, he thanked me for the heads up and made sure it got patched up immediately. I've seen firsthand how random clowns come in looking to start trouble and being rude. The negative reviews are coming from those people. If you come in like a normal person and behave, you will be greeted by nothing but professional courtesy. Don't act like a fool and then whine when you are dealt with accordingly.

Available when in desperate need of gas and rarely any gas stations are even open early let alone 24/7 still. I appreciate this gas station and the attendant who was funny and kind.

Seriously.... Not letting a handicapped young man use your bathroom (rarely) when he gets off CT DOT bus? Then calling the police? Not welcome in my town. Sorry Charlie. My family is going elsewhere for all our gas, Red Bull, propane tank refills, etc. We're done with you Limestone Service or Mobil here we come!

On Oct 22 2021 went into the store to get some items. Approached the counter to an employee named George. He told me not to return to that store with my business all because I didn’t want him to touch my ID (COVID) since when I was walking in he was handling money & didn’t proceed to disinfect his hands prior to attending me. Then proceeded to make false claims that my ID is fake & had suspicions it wasn’t me because my nails were painted! It’s sad & concerning to be met with such discrimination especially in a place of business that runs off return customers. Hopefully this shines light and handled accordingly for the simple fact if I was the owner I wouldn’t want my customers treated as so !
