Great work and nice people. My pup’s tail was wagging when he came out with the best groom he’s ever received. We def will be using The Groom Room again! Thank you to Carrie and Durham for a nice experience.

Responsive owners who treat anxious pets gently and their equally anxious pet parents with patience. My 11-year-old Pomeranian hadn't been to a groomer in several months due to multiple health issues. Stable at last, she went to the Groom Room this morning, looking like a black wooly caterpillar. Bob and team worked their magic and now she looks like the fluffy little bear that she is. Thank you so much, Bob!

Groom Room did a stellar jobgrooming my two elderly dogs. They've bnever looked so good. Great job on the Pomeranian and the Schnauzer mix.

Amazing service with quick reposes. The team made us feel safe to drop our 9 month old puppy off during the pandemic. Kora was very cool, calm and collected after her first groom session so we know she's happy too!

This team is the best and was so sweet with Kipper. As a first time customer, they were able to accommodate a last minute pampering appointment in time for Christmas. Kipper looks and smells great and is one happy doggie

We lived in Danbury, on the boarder of Ridgefield for 6 years. My yorkie Holly went to Bridget and her amazing staff at the groom room ever since she was a puppy. She loved it there. I know she wasn't the best client, but she did love the staff. They never kept her in a crate, every time I picked her up, she was running around like she owned the place. I wish I still lived in the area. I can't say enough about Bridget and her staff! We miss them dearly!

Bridgette and her team are wonderful! We love that dogs can be cage free and don’t wait around for long pick up times. The early drop off is also very convenient! We always recommend Groom Room to all of our pet owning friends!
