A hidden gem. Don't believe the negative reviews, best CVS in the area. There's plenty of parking, you don't have to wait in long lines and the shelves are well stocked and orderly. Best of all, the associates are friendly, helpful and efficient.

This is the best CVS in the area, by far. The store is very clean and all the staff (both pharmacy & retail) are really great. This is now my go-to pharmacy location.

Says it closes at 10 but will close 40 minutes early. I was litterly just fishing for my wallet and say the lights turned off. Its ridiculous. The pharmacists while nice are also super understaffed, the line can be out the door.

Pharmacy is understaffed. They don't have time to care. Had an issue with a prescription and she could not care less. I heard her talking to a corporate customer service person for cvs saying " people can just complain to corporate." The hours are shorter than all the other CVS stores near us as well. We have been going to this store exclusively since it opened, but after today are going to switch to another pharmacy all together.

Big lines but I was able to get my flu shot there today right on time by a very nice and unbelievable patient (but obviously overworked pharmacist.) This despite a very uncooperative child getting his shot right before me and the fact that his mom's insurance didn't cover the shot (to which he shouted out "$198 dollars! How are we gonna pay for that?", which gave all those waiting in line a chuckle. I've made a concerted effort NOT to be overly critical of the hardworking pharmacy staff an any and all locations.

Georgetown CVS - the skeleton at the checkout counter kind of sums up their idea of customer service. Glad I do business with the CVS in another town (Bethel)! That one gets 5 stars.

The pharmacy staff knows their business, though there are often lines when it re-opens after the lunch break. It often takes longer to get the medicine than I'd expect and/or that I have experienced in the CVS in Gainesvillle, FL where I was a customer for many years. It's time for CVS upper management to invest some money into this store. It needs to be better lit, have better flooring, be better staffed. It is very cluttered with seasonal, non-drug items in the aisles. There is often a long line to check out. It doesn't give the impression of being clean and well organized as a pharmacy should be. I don't understand why it isn't being updated.

Worst CVS ever, most dry faced people in the pharmacy, I have to move away from this store, ….Now they close at 7:00 pm and on the internet they say 9:00 pm.

The absolute worst pharmacist at any pharmacy that you could ever go to go anywhere else even any other CVS then this one the pharmacist goes out of his way to not fill your medication and goes out of his way to cause 78, sir three year old women distress, and it’s the pharmacist with the glasses, and he is absolutely horrible. I would totally avoid this pharmacist at all costs go to any other CVS because this guy doesn’t care at all about his clients.

Beware before you make a trip. Employees close this store at 9pm every night even though 10pm is posted. If corporate is aware, can you just make the posted hours 9pm? Very frustrating experience.

Went in for my flu shot and covid booster and was taken care of by pharmacist Rebecca Smith, who was so so so nice. Best experience I’ve ever had at a CVS pharmacy, thanks Rebecca!
