The head pharmacist is a rude dullard who will not spare a millisecond if that is what's required to give an accurate answer to your question. And....if there is any kind of glitch in proccessing your Rx he will not investigate; it's your problem even when in the end it turns out to be his fault.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy at Main Street CVS is an understaffed $h1t show. The employees are generally frustrated, one pharmacist's keyboard doesn't have a functional letter 'W' on the keyboard (overheard that just now), people cut the line because they feel they're privileged (" I was here earlier" - yeah, we were all here earlier...)And they take a luxurious lunch in the afternoon and close down the pharmacy. Seek out alternatives at all costs.

the customer service of the pharmacists at this location is so awful i felt compelled to leave a review, which i usually don't do. every phone call i've (unfortunately) had with the staff here has felt like a slap in the face. i know it's not personal, but to call my pharmacy and get interrupted, belittled, hurried, and hung up on is really discouraging when i want to trust that the people handling my MEDS are professionals. i've spoken to multiple staff members and have been met with the same treatment from all of them.i went in person to pick up my prescriptions and witnessed the chaos firsthand. there were 4 people working the pharmacy, and meds were all over the counter and on the floor. they kept shuffling customers back and forth between windows and seemed irritated with each other. it was a MESS. the second i walked up to the register i told the pharmacist my name and birthdate & was immediately told i wasn't in the system and to "move to the side." i feel like i was treated better by my server the time i ate at Dick's Restaurant, where the staff is literally paid to insult you. clearly this location is understaffed so i want to be empathetic towards them, but i find it hard to justify their treatment when i'm met with such unnecessary & blatant disrespect. Rite Aid has a new customer.

The worst experience I ever had all and every time. If you want to fill a prescription, you better hope you don't need it the same day. excuses, excuses, and excuses all the time when you come to pickup your prescription after 6 hours it was placed. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I am surprised people still come here to test their patience. I decided to move my family prescription to another pharmacy after having a terrible experience six times in a row.

Horrible experience EVERY TIME. Rude and incompetent staff. Pharmacy doesn't answer the phones. Tried to make it work because of convenient location but I'm done! Walgreens it is.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone into this store 4 times. Every time looking for formula for my baby. I go to the back get a card meaning it's in the store and go to check out and it is never in stock. Dragging two children in and out is a nightmare for them never to have anything in stock. Then the pharmacy has been looking into a medicine all day from 9am to then never get back to me. I call at 4 and they say it's being filled it will take another 2 hours for cream...for a newborn. Attitude from the staff. Ridiculous. Needless to say I will be switching pharmacies with better products service and nicer staff.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. And by far the most inefficient CVS I have been through. For the for the third time today I tried to get a flu shot in this pharmacy. The first time one minute prior to the pharmacy closing time the lady said she couldn't assist me as the pharmacy was closing. On the second time the guy told me that the pharmacy didn't have flu shots available. Now I just walked out because they informed me a 15 minute waiting process and when I talk to the attendant (which was the same that denied the flu shot 1 minute before the pharmacy closing) she told me that I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple flu short because the process is slow. I am heading to Walgreens now

This is easily the worst pharmacy that I have ever used in my entire life. The staff is consistently obnoxious inappropriate and hostile. Normally, I wouldn't go as far as to write a review but I have had to put up with this for a couple of years because my insurance only recognizes CVS Pharmacy. Sadly, they have me over a barrel. Today, I was greeted by a woman named Leah who was adversarial and nasty to begin with. Not even a hello--she snapped "Name!" and continued with the same unpleasant and downright nasty demeanor throughout the transaction. She incorrectly told me they only had one of my two prescriptions and that my doctor had not called it in. I politely asked her to check. She told me she "already did". I had to go all the way back home, phone my doctor only to find out that his office in fact HAD called it in on 3 days prior. When I called back I was put on hold for 25 minutes and the person answer the phone was just as obnoxious as Leah. She answered the phone with such aggression in her voice and when My tone matched hers, she had the audacity to confront me saying she would not take "attitude". Who do these people think they ARE? The prescription has indeed been called in and she put me on hold for another 10 minutes while she checked her stock. Seriously? Now I have to make yet another trip and interact with these nasty clerks again? These people have no business interacting with the public and should be ashamed of themselves for accepting paychecks and doing such a terrible job. If you can avoid this pharmacy, you should.

I am SO done with this place. Kids running amok, pharmacy screw ups, zigzagging stupid layout. Ugh.
