The staff here is wonderful. Literally, every time a customer walks thru the front door, the staff greets them with a cheery, "Hello." Who does that?! I've been going to this store for years. It's always clean + organized. The staff is always happy + ready to assist. The only thing I don't care for, is that they don't sell cases of pet food. They only sell individual cans. They will, if you want, order cases for you and then put them aside for you to collect. However, there's no cost saving.

I love this place. It's the best place to give your dog a bath and a wonderful dog treat afterwards.Staff are always super nice and helpful.

UNFRIENDLY STAFF —I came in one day around 3 o’clock and there was no one in the store except for to female employees chatting. Upon walking in they did not acknowledge me and gave my Bernese Mountain Dog a dirty look.Not pleased with this certain location, I hope the other stores have friendlier staff.

Great place to take your dog for a very nice dog wash. For $10 you get an elevated dog wash tub and all the accessories needed. Also as your dog weighs more and you get less able young assistants are available to help you lift your dog up into the tub. Much better than trying to wash Fido at home!!! I give it a 10 out of 10!! I asked Duffy's permission to post this online.

Absolutely the worse pet store you can use. They treat their employees like garbage, not giving them breaks, scheduling them 13-14 hrs shifts alone. Also, they do not care about animals only money, they schedule people all day knowing they have a dog at home to take care off, their response “ oh well we are a business, we are about money not animals.” There are a lot of places to buy your dog food so I’m urging you to chose a place that actually cares about your animals and the employees who work for them and try to bring you the best possible experience for your pets. The DM Tony and the owners Rick and Larry do not care about their employees and they constantly take advantage and abuse their mangers and employees. You have a choice to take your business elsewhere and I strongly urge you too. If you want to support that company that actually cares about animals and humans shop somewhere else.

All the staff is welcoming and go out of their way to help. When they didn't have the large bag of cat food that I get in stock, they ordered it for me and had it ready the next time I came into the store.
