I transferred to Casey based on recommendations from neighbors following the predatory practices I experienced with Burke Energy. Linda Queenan was my first contact and I was impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and response. I signed her pricing and delivery contract. That was three years ago and she has given me the most straightforward price every year that beats all the other suppliers I contacted. I know the delivery guys and they are respectful of this neighborhood’s narrow streets and they enjoy their jobs with Casey, which has a family run business nature. Susan Lovallo has always been helpful and immediately responsive with my propane delivery questions and requests. Casey, please continue protecting your customers from the many other bad actors!

Casey has been our home energy provider for over 20 years and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Hal has been the most recent technician for the last couple of service calls (one being our yearly tune-up and more recently, repairing our blower for HVAC and heating). He has been great both times - very courteous and gets the job done - even with our older system! I would highly recommend Casey for your home’s heating and cooling needs.

Hal just came and serviced my boiler. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the system worked and made repairs expeditiously. I will definitely call and ask for Hal for my seasonal system tune up. Casey has some great professionals and that is why I've been a customer since 1999. I won't go elsewhere. Great company with great people. Recently had my AC unit serviced. The technician Mike was great he did the nearly impossible climbing in between roof rafters in an attic crawl space to change the AC filter. Mike was also a very nice pilot young man. Will continue to use Caey Energy for my homes heating and AC needs.

We have been customers of Casey Energy since we move to this town. We just replaced our old oil boiler with a new propane unit. There are not enough nice words I can say about the experience. James, Alex, Carl, and Mike are all very professional, and respectful, not only to the me, the customer, but to each other. Not only did they do the job efficiently, they all actually care about the customer's comfort by having the discussion about water temperature, and the efficiency of the temperature we set for the house. Thank you Casey Energy, you have a customer for life.

the oil is $1 -$2 per gallon more than other vendor, the propane other company cost $3/gallon and Casey energy charges you $5.89/gallon. you do the math then run.

In an age when you can't find a technician to return your call, let alone show up, Casey Energy (no relation to Casey Jordan!) was incredibly responsive and SOLVED a propane heater issue within two hours of me calling. They're my propane provider, but given this is the first time I needed a service call for equipment, I was beyond satisfied with their personal attention and outstanding communication (thank you Susand and Linda!). True customer service is rare as hen's teeth these days, LOL... unless you're dealing with Casey Energy. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Discovered we had no hot water or heat after a late afternoon oil delivery, so knew the problem wasn’t fuel. Called Casey to report the issue, heard from Hal not long after. He assured us he would be on his way after completing his current service call. Hal arrived with an amazing “can do” positive attitude and proceeded to get us up and running ! Hal is another great member of the Casey Team !
