Today, Ed, the pharmacy manager, yelled at my wife who stopped in to pick up a prescription the store promised for yesterday and misplaced. From the back of the room, in front of several customers shopping nearby, he shouted about the prescription: "I'll give it to you this time but I pay over $90 for it. I don't make any money on it! Next time I'd appreciate it if you'd go to CVS. They don't care if they lose money." Okay, Ed, we will go to CVS to fill our prescriptions from now on. Bye-bye Bissell.

Came through for us finding a difficult to source prescription when no other pharmacy in the area could do it. Seamlessly worked with our doctors and insurance company to make sure it would be covered. 5-star service, great attention to detail, no long waiting lines and a personal touch you can't find anywhere else.

We just had our 2nd Covid booster shot at Bissell's. We used them for our first booster as well. The shots are done by Eddie and he is a pro!! I only barely felt it and my husband didn't feel it at all. Kudos to Eddie!!!!

I LOVE Bissell pharmacy! They efficient and personal. They know many by name. I'm a newcomer. The pharmacist said when he gave me my prescription for an antibiotic...I hope you get better soon. I was so touched.
