“Excellent Service. Miracle workers. Somehow, the Pamby Service team was able to find our VERY rare Special Edition Mercedes rim (it has been discontinued for years) in ENGLAND! Talk about going out of your way for customer service. We had tried previously through several other "certified" Benz repair shops and no one could ever do it (or wasn't willing to go to the effort for us). Then our car was involved in a minor accident, and the existing rim and tire were destroyed. We picked Pamby off of a preferred provider list. Once they started the repair they (unbeknownst to us) found the rare rim (in England!), ordered it and installed it – then told us what they did. Smiles all around from us! We couldn't be happier! The car looks beautiful and the repair was top notch.”

Not only did he call back but arranged to come to my house first thing the next day and took the car. Later that day, problem solved. So thankful not only for their speedy service but kind approach.”
