Just the perfect christmas tree farm ? in beautiful surroundings - we got to walk around through the rows of firs, spruces, and pines to find the one and then the owner (who seemed just a bit like Santa Claus ? and was very friendly) cut it down for us and tied it to our car. Also - the price was unbeatable, way better than any other we saw. Planning to come back next year!

This family run tree farm is wonderful. Great experience! I will make it my family tradition to return each year.

Though I don't have any experience with Christmas tree farms other than Paradise, I was pleasantly surprised when I visited with my kids last December to pick out a tree. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, and courteous. They gave me a very long pole in order to select a part of the trees they had to find a good size tree. Didn't realize trees you see at a typical place aren't necessarily that size; sometimes it's the TOP of a much larger tree. I was extremely happy with my purchase of a 10-foot tree last year. It was much more affordable than if I got if from somewhere else (even Stew Leonard's), and unlike the previous reviewer I was satisfied with the number of trees in their selection. Must have been hundreds there. Going back very soon for our tree.

They claim to be a Christmas Tree Farm but really this is a "just" a family that grows Christmas trees on a few acres of land around their house. Don't be fooled by the image on the Connecticut Christmas Tree Growers Association web site that shows acres of Christmas trees! Their selection is very very limited. On the positive side, they are very friendly and nice people. In the end we did buy a nice 7-foot tree from them for $45 but, sorry to say, we won't be returning next year because the pickings are slim.
