I don't recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Sally and staff was very rude. They think they can run your business with your pets. Telling you what to do with your life. Judging me and saying that I'm treating my pet very poorly. Be aware. Not worth the drive and money.

After various let downs at NYC vets who did nothing but rob us blind (Bond, VCA & an emergency center that I can't even recall because they did nothing), we came across Redding Ridge through a recommendation. Dr. Sally took care of what the other Vets did not want to touch. Giving our boy a better quality of life. She is old skool extremely caring about animals. The cost was fair, half of what we were quoted at VCA. While it is far for us to continue going, if we need to treat our boy from here on out I would rather go to Dr. Sally until we can find another non-boutique, money mongering Veterinary Care.

Dr Sally is incredibly knowledgeable with all things healing! My 13 yr old Aussie is a new dog after getting Libela OA shot the she advised me to get. Love her

First visit to the office we were treated rudely and my son was rudely spoken to by the dr. I had another staff member come out and apologize for her. then I was told I still have a balance one day it was one price and then a few days later it went up $25. I called to leave a message and someone answered the phone so I mentioned the dilemma and was told they are closed to call back Monday after 9am. I asked why she is answering the phone and hung up frustrated by them. Not worth my time or the drive

My neighbor moved leaving his dog behind. my ex brought the dog in and ordered her put down. Sally took her in and found her a home with the lab truck driver. She won't put down an animal unless it is medically necessary.

This is a wonderful practice. Dr. Sally and her staff are so friendly, caring, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. There are at least 5 vets that are closer to my home but this office is worth the extra drive.

I have been going to Redding Ridge vet for several years now with my dogs . Dr. Sally has always treated us well and took care of my dogs . Last week my dog feel ill and we had to put her down , after we had dropped the dog off Gina in the office called me and told me they hadn't put my dog down and she wanted to know if she could put her in hospice care and with a family that could take care of her . Gina claimed to work with rescues that help dogs who are ill . After the 6 phone calls that were lengthy during the day there was no mention of this and i would not do it anyways my dog was 12 1/2 years old and had many issues and she would never survive surgery . i did not surrender my dog she was ill and suffering . So since i do not trust this girl with my dog i had to call Redding Animal Control to make sure my dog was put down and since there is no trust now with the office staff ( Gina )i am now seeking another vet .Gina had no compassion and was rude and heartless she should not be working there.

Place is just really disgusting and dirty, they all seem like they are working at the establishment for the money, and they aren’t logical at all, if you are behind schedule with them by like a month they make you feel stupid, just a gross place.
