“I keep forgetting to ask his name, but the guy that works mornings has gone above and beyond and has delivered the best product that I have consumed before writing this (so you know I'm honest). I just started trying soju last week, and this is the only place nearby that has it, so I've been popping in a bit before work. This guy wanted to make sure I was enjoying it, and must've felt bad that there wasn't a lot the first day I went in, because next time it was fully stocked AND he special ordered a brand they didn't seem to normally carry in lychee! Very happy with my experience!”

“Nice quiet mom and pop package store. Decent selection of beer and wine. Seemingly had a nice spirit selection and will return to take a closer look. The charm of the store is the location and the overall local vibe. There was a nice wine tasting on property when I went in to grab some weekend adult beverages and the lady was super friendly and informative (almost got me to purchase a bottle). Had I not had planned beverages I would have sprung for a bottle of red. Can't go wrong with a nice bottle of dry red. All in all a very pleasant purchase. Between the vibe, selection, and interaction with what I believe to be ownership at check out, I would recommend a visit for all your adult beverage needs!!Cheers to the weekend!!”
“I first tried this store for its location as it was right on my way when traveling to a client's site but now always come here first because of its selection, knowledgable and friendly professional staff...who always ask if I want a bag. Most places don't do that anymore which is d**** How you gonna carry out several bottles plus a six pack? Keep up the great work folks! Thank you.”
“PK's is a pretty good liquor store. There must be 4 or 5 liquor stores in the vicinity ( 1 to 2 miles ) of the east side of Norwich. So, what makes PK's different are the suggestions the ladies who work there offer. It's not easy to get suggestions from owners who don't sample their products, which is by no means reason to not patronize those, perhaps you get the same thing every time, perhaps they're friendly with you & you'vebeengoing to them for years. However, sometimes I want to know what's new and whether they have something different I might like & based on my previous purchases.At PK's, the lady knew I liked IPAs, and at the register, she asked if I had seen the new 12 packs from a New York brewery? I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the suggestion. And that's different for East Side liquor stores.”

“Can I just say the people who run this place/work here are literally the nicest people ever? This morning I had to order last minute liquor for Christmas shenanigans. Whoever the lovely woman was working this morning (12/22) was an absolute delight and was such a pleasant interaction start to my day. Thank you for being kind! Beyond that, what a fantastic selection. Best liquor store in Norwich area in my opinion - they carry more of the unique liquors (local and international) that you won't find many other places. “I’ve I could give Charlotte 10 stars I would. I’ve been going through a hard time in my life and Charlotte has a warmth to her. I picked out a potted flower from here display and she just gifted it to me, if only she knew that this means so much to me right now. The flowers are now a reminder to always show a little kindness as Charlotte did to me. Not only was I blown away by this act of kindness, but also the great selection of wines & spirits.
