They repair a car just enough to get it off the lot, a few days later it will be falling apart and riddled with codes, and they'll be unavailable by phone or in person visit to assist with the warranty or repair. It's a good thing they do state inspections for the garbage they sell, otherwise nothing would pass. Good luck if you need to finance through United Auto Groups credit union, its the most predatory and impossibly difficult finance company to give your money to. Avoid this place at all costs.

Good experience at UAG! I bought my daughter’s first car here. Slight problem with it when we got home but they fixed it immediately at no cost. Friendly staff!

Great place! Brought my car in because I was severely overdue for an oil change and my brakes were shot. It was very easy to book online and didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. The staff was very friendly and informative without being pushy and upselling which I really appreciate as a woman who doesn't know much about cars who often gets taken advantage of at other auto shops. I really appreciate Matt in the service department keeping me up to date and giving me all the info I needed and more. Service was also very fast compared to other places I have gone and the prices were very good. I will definitely be going back for all future maintenance.

I purchased a used vehicle from them. The sale went smoothly. However, the car had issues and their service dept didn't seem to receive messages. When they did call me back, I brought the car in for service, and they went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm very satisfied with them, and I would highly recommend them.

My wife bought her Santa fe a couple weeks ago. Rick was helpful and made the experience fast and easy. I brought my truck in for some maintenance a week ago. Matt had his crew check on a front end issue that I had some concerns with safety. They diagnosed the issue quickly and deemed it ok to drive. We set up a date to get it fixed that met my schedule. It was taken care of within the time-line I was given. After getting my truck back I was happy and relieved that issue was gone. I will be back for any of my truck needs or wife's Santa fe.

I brought my car in for a tire replacement after a low tire pressure warning, and the team seemed friendly, offering a fair price. However, the low tire pressure sensor issue wasn't resolved. Later, I received a "stop driving now" warning, and despite asking the shop to thoroughly inspect the hybrid drivetrain and car as a whole, they dismissed my concerns, attributing it to the tire pressure light. I had to argue with them to please check. Well they told me they inspected it and all was good. I paid $50 to fix the sensor, and drove off. Then on the highway I received the same “stop driving now” warning, except this time my car forcibly decelerated and I almost had a serious accident due to the unresolved issue. Another shop confirmed that the drivetrain and transmission were the real problems. United Auto shop was negligent, dismissive, and unprofessional, with the boss screaming at employees. This experience brought my review down to 2 stars. If you need something simple like a tire rotation, you should be fine, but if you’re looking to resolve a potentially more serious problem, do not go here, especially if you’re a woman. Completely hand-waived my concerns away and could have gotten me killed. Should have trusted my gut.

Awesome experience!! I did much research before even test-driving, but the whole process couldn't have been smoother. Even got me in my car on a holiday so I could make it to a family reunion. They held the car for over a week while I waited for my insurance payment after an accident. DEFINITE 5 STARS!

You won't find salesmen in suits and ties, maybe shorts and a ball cap. This is a family owned business and when you shop here you are treated like part of the family. It's a one stop shop as well, with great service, parts, even emissions.
