I worked here and it was a very good place to work.
Simply put, you should try working if you're looking, they're hiring.
I loved everything about the picking job and the people, there's communication and if you really need help there's always someone who's been there long enough to help or a supervisor that knows their duty.

I want to give them 0(zero) stars but they didn’t do anything wrong to deserve zero stars other than being EXTREMELY like ExTrEmLy! Strictly appointment based facility!!! They have 2 facilities within 2 miles of each other. I was 1 day late (load was already late before I was dispatched on it so I made them reschedule) I dropped 1st load and then had to drive almost an hour away to a pilot and wait for appointment for next day for 2nd drop 1.7 miles away from 1st drop at the SAME SaME company ?????????? I showed up anyways to 2nd drop just in case they could write me in and Anthony Fauci looking security guard told me to come back next day for appointment ????????? DON’T come early! DON’T come late! Arrive exactly on time! Earliest 15 minutes! It’s IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE! Nearest truck stop is 45 miles away. There is a rest area somewhere close by on I-395 but why the hell would anyone wait 24 hours at a rest area just to be “close by”. SOOOOOO…. Other than that, the people are awesome!!! Dr. Fauci security person is awesome with the Boston accent too ??? facility is mostly run by senior citizens. Very low key. Just that one little thing! In a place that is stuck in the middle of nowhere and it’s EXTREMELY strictly appointment based ?? in reality absolutely no hate. Easy in and out. Good luck chumps ?

I have been a 2nd shift Production Fulfillment Picking Associate here for 4 years (summer 2018). There has been so much turnover of people since I have been here. But for some reason the older elderly preferenced people (especially on first shift) are able to keep their jobs.It really isn't a very good place to work. New supervisors took charge of shift in early fall 2021. The place has been going progressively downhill ever since. There is a lot of favoritism and preferential treatment among a handful of employees. You'll also see some green new hires come in and act like big shots. Tribal cliques form causing an uncomfortable uneasiness with other coworkers. You have to make 85% Productivity Picking Rate monthly or they will fire you after 3rd/4th consecutive Fail. Having to constantly deal with box jams on the conveyors, running to fetch new product labels to affix onto shelves, writing up labels for product shortages, improperly packed and messy boxes by other lazy coworkers, and dealing with bulk pallet products can impede rate as well - but the supervisors DO NOT care. They just did away with the Pick to Voice system and went with the new enVision wrist touch-screen scanning system. The management has blocked our ability to see our rates in real time on the actual devices. How is that ethical? If certain pickers aren't making their rate consistently, then they will try to weasel their way into a different department such as packsize, shipping, restocking or MHE. The workload is not fairly or equally dispersed to all the work zones while on shift. Some work zones are or become heavier than others near the end of the night. Quill Product Area and Liquids Area are the worst zones to be assigned in because they seriously reduce your rate time. Employees are constantly walking around the warehouse 'hunting' for work when their zones are empty and take or 'stake their claim' to other peoples' work. They also use temp agencies to hire in undesirable people to work there as well as people who are not physically capable or fit / built for warehouse work (obese). On a plus I've made some friendships and good comradery with certain tolerable employees (a handful have continued remaining there). But the new stricter emphasis with the unfair productivity rate system, bad new supervisors, management, and lousy benefits have finally made me feel burnt out with unneeded and unwanted anxiety and want to exit.
