First timer here and will say NOT USER FRIENDLY. The place is clean and staff seems very personable. What I didn't like, abs I won't go back again, is that it only uses a card that you need to purchase. The card machine didn't work, wouldn't read the card that I just bought from it. Then when I was helped by the staff, I went to the washer and followed the instructions, and the washer wouldn't switch to WARM vs Cold Wash. Staff said it needed to be stopped and restarted from scratch. So what was supposed to be a simple and quick process turned into an ordeal. That was it for me, never going back again. Maybe others are using this place with ease but I won't be using again. Threw the card out with $3 still on it.

Pleasant staff and clean atmosphere. Have been going here for over a year. Always helpful and attentive and willing to lend a hand with carrying out to the car.

Our favorite place to do our laundry! Large machines, decent prices, reloadable cards so we don’t have to carry around a bunch of quarters. And staff and manager are amazing, friendly people, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

Very clean & helpful staff. Quiet & sanitary. Ameenie was quick to offer help when we needed it and offer some of her personal dryer sheets when we forgot ours. Great prices & quick machines. Will for sure be coming here from now on for our larger items ! 10/10

The laundry employees are rude and difficult to deal with. The co-owner Tanya is just as rude if not worse. Machines constantly out of order and lord help you if you mention this to them!! I have also found unusual heat stains on our whites. Look like big dog prints, We do not have a dog.

Can be good at times, but it's 50/50 lately with the machines being down. Twice in the past two weeks I've loaded washers that didn't work yet weren't labeled as being "out of order". I was only reimbursed for one of the washes, and there went an hour of my life.

Very helpful and friendly manager who showed me the card system (and refunded me the card charge when I was done since I am just passing through and needed just the one visit). Machines mostly working, and the ones out of order clearly marked. Very clean, places to sit, and many trash cans. One of the nicest laundromats I’ve used in my travels, so well done to the management.

Used to be a really nice place from what I could remember. Haven’t had to go to a laundromat in a very long time, but due to current circumstances, I had to take the one trip at least was able to throw in two large loads of laundry, all the other large washers were filled so when mine were done, I emptied to throw in a load in a large one 730! Was able to start and move onto filling a smaller washer was very upset that instead of talking to me like a human I got yelled at because I tried filling a washer after 730! I went in with a toddler who already didn’t want to be there and to Seven month old twins I wasn’t really focused on reading the signs. I was warned that my last load needed to be in the dryer by 8 o’clock, which I thought I’d make but didn’t so I did take a load home and stay there until 9 o’clock for my two large loads to dry! Will be using the rest of my card , and will not be returning there again! Wish I read reviews before as a lot of people are saying staff can be very rude!

The place is clean. The machines a little over priced but probably aligned with inflation but I keep forgetting to check... the only reason why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the workers have been more rude than nice!!! They really do not know how to speak to people! I try to go in and blend in with the crowd... I dont like the way I've been treated and definitely not the way they treat others. There has only been 1 nice person and I think she was the manager that use to work at another location. But to be honest you need more ppl Like her...

I really don't like going out to do laundry, but I get out to see people and the employees are everyday down to earth people. It's always fun to have a little chat to break up the monotony of the cycles and get game breaks.There try so hard to keep it neat and clean and washes and dryers they use empty so patronscan use them.Even when they have rougher days they twist them and are smiling and joking with the customers, most of them by name.I should also mention that they never make someone feel dumb by having to explain for what must be the millionth time for them how to use a card or machine. They also make it the easiest way for the customer may it be a one and done or I forgot my card or I'm just traveling through.

Spacious, clean, many washers and dryers of various sizes. You have to use their card which is helpful and they have an ATM there so you can reload.It's a really good quality laundromat. I drive out of the way to come here. Other places harass you too much.
