“We had an excellent experience at this location yesterday!! Brennen was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. We had to upgrade the phone on one of the lines on our account due to the new network upgrade and Brennen explained all the details to us. He gave us recommendations on the different choices we have for free phones and even helped us set up our new phone. He was extremely helpful and patient. The Brooklyn location was not the closest Cricket near us but we decided to take the ride because of the better reviews...and they're right. It was definitely worth the extra time. Highly recommend!!”

700 Hartford Pike, Dayville“It was time to upgrade my phone, and switching from an android to an iPhone I had questions. After calling t-mobile, (online customer service) I experienced a nightmare. After 2.5 hours on the phone with incompetence, I hung up and visited T-Mobile, 700 Hartford Pike, Dayville, CT. I should have done this in the beginning and saved a big headache. I was assisted by Natalie Burton who is amazing!!! She got me on my way to a new phone, was pleasant, and provided everything I needed to order a new phone. She also suggested that I come back when I received the phone for data transfer. I did return and my data was transfered by Natalie. The customer before me actually hugged Natalie because she was so please with her assistance. I can't say enough great things about Natalie. She is what customer service and T-Mobile should be throughout the organization. She gives T-Mobile a great name and will keep me coming back.”
“I no longer expect too-notch customer service but AT&T had their A team on the day of my visit. I came in with a complicated (for me) iPhone issue. I had the full attention of the manager and 2 representatives all of whom were knowledgeable, courteous, and together brain-stormed the solution to my issue. Very deep thanks. A+ customer service!”
