I went here to support a local small business to get my wife's engagement ring a few years ago. The customer service didn't disappoint! They are always so welcoming when I walk in. If I ever need to know where to bring our young boys to find a mothers day present... I go here.

I always go to the danielson location on Main Street it’s the closest to me... I always receive top notch service and excellent repairs! I Love the small town feeling and bringing my business to support local shops! Great to feel like a valued customer instead of a number.... they take time to hear concerns and I always have the most wonderful conversations! Give them a try you won’t regret it!

Great service from a personable owner. We visited David Sr in Putnam after calling to be sure he could replace two Cartier batteries. While there, my wife mentioned that the class on her metal bracelet was loose. Prior experience with Cartier made us suspect they would require we buy a new band. David repaired it in a day and is now our Connecticut jeweler. We lucked into finding a watchmaker!
