Great little office--I usually stop in a few times a month to drop off my ups prepaid packages. the ladies here are great! they even go above and beyond to help customers ship amazon returns (which they cant do with the qr codes so they are not making a sale but helping people anyway). im always in and out quickly.

My experience here was totally disappointing and very unprofessional. Let me start by saying that I have to used this place a couple times before and have had awesome experiences with the younger girl that runs the place. This past Thursday I rushed to get out of work early and get to putnam to ship some motorcycle parts to Texas. I walked in the door at 4:51 (they close at 5) An older women working the store abruptly says to me when I walk in don't you know we're closing soon.... as in I shouldn't be coming in to ship my package 9 min before closing. Then the 2 people that walked in shortly after me she mumbled the same exact thing to herself saying she knows we're closing soon.... pretty unprofessional if you ask me... she then informed me the girl that does the packaging ( I needed these parts packaged and shipped) would not be in til the morning at 10am and she would call me when she got in to go over details. I told her i needed this shipped asap!!Now it's the next day at 11:30 still no call so I call the store and get told I will get a call back shortly. 2hrs later called again and got the same reply.. we will call you back. Then 4:30 comes around and I call a 3rd time due to no call back and I'm told that they did not have time to get to my shipment or ship it.... totally unacceptable. I will definetly never be returning here and am very unhappy with the way I was treated!!

I want to start by saying I am so sorry I don't know the name of the amazing lady that helped me sort through my Amazon nightmare!! I give this place 5 stars because I don't know anyone who would take more than half an hour to help me figure everything out. Someone hacked my Amazon account and the lady who works here helped kind of go back and start everything over, she was so helpful!!! If anyone needs help with Amazon or anything being mailed go to express shipping!!!!! Both ladies who work here are really nice too!! So thank you, thank you, thank you!!!Jessica

I needed to make a return to Amazon, thought I might need to bring it to an actual UPS store but just dropped it off here and the woman working here today could not have been more helpful! I had just bought my own envelope but was told that they have them for free. She took my envelope, and literally did everything for me! So great and with a smile !very pleasant! Thanks for a great experience

I’ve been here a couple of times and I won’t go anywhere else! Phenomenal service! They are friendly and go above and beyond on getting items packed up and shipped. Chrissy(sp?) really worked some miracles for us and turned a headache into a breeze! 10/10
