“We hired Federal Hill Home Theaters to finish installing a surround sound system in our living room. The previous owners of the home had a system installed, so the speakers were already in the wall and there were a mess of wires everywhere. We are not people who know much about sound systems, and Matthew and Rachel did an excellent job walking us through every step of the way! They made sure we understood all our options at varying price points and in no way pressured us to spend more than we needed to... which is nice when you have no idea what you are doing! They were both professional, knowledgeable, patient with all our questions, and very clean! They were so respectful of our house and not only cleaned up after the installation but also did a great job managing all our wires from various gaming systems, so our entertainment center looks much neater. They took so much time to teach us how to use everything and were helpful even after installation and final payment when we had a few more questions. I would highly recommend the Federal Hill Home Theaters team!”
“It was time to upgrade my phone, and switching from an android to an iPhone I had questions. After calling t-mobile, (online customer service) I experienced a nightmare. After 2.5 hours on the phone with incompetence, I hung up and visited T-Mobile, 700 Hartford Pike, Dayville, CT. I should have done this in the beginning and saved a big headache. I was assisted by Natalie Burton who is amazing!!! She got me on my way to a new phone, was pleasant, and provided everything I needed to order a new phone. She also suggested that I come back when I received the phone for data transfer. I did return and my data was transfered by Natalie. The customer before me actually hugged Natalie because she was so please with her assistance. I can't say enough great things about Natalie. She is what customer service and T-Mobile should be throughout the organization. She gives T-Mobile a great name and will keep me coming back.”
“Today I was in the Cricket Brooklyn, CT. I met the new manager Kayla today. I was so pleased with her service since I had recently been in there and had visited with the former manager whom was one of the most rude arrogant person ever. A friend called me yesterday and told me to go back in to see Kayla. I did and was so pleased with her service and attitude. She is the only reason that I actually decided to take the plan. She is an asset to your company. Please thank her sincerely”

“I went in today looking for Vacation sunscreen and Denise was friendly and helpful. She looked it up for me and told me where it was. The other employee in guest services then told us it wasn’t there, and that I needed to look in two other places. I went around the store only for it to be right where I was told it was the first time! 5 stars because I got what I wanted and all other employees were friendly, but I don’t appreciate the misdirection.”
“Should be open 24hrs. We don't have any 24hr locations anywhere near by. We have often had to wait a few days or go to another location to pick up the medications. The pharmacy techs sometimes are rude, at least a certain 1 or 2.”
