Despite the mostly good customer service face to face at the service department, I had a lot of adversity come way since buying a truck at cargill. I bought my Ram in April, it had some body work that needed to be done that was made right on schedule. My rear window leaked since I bought it and they made two attempts to sloppily caulk it, but by the third time I was told there was a massive split in the rear window. How come no one said this either time before? I gave them the truck for about 3 weeks to be sent to the coastline dealership for them to assess and say the same thing. They sent it back to have my body work done but still needed to replace the rear window. All the while I am losing opportunities for my business as they did not give me a truck as a loaner, just a trailblazer that I barely fit into. I own a drain cleaning business and could not haul my equipment as a result of delays and having an inadequate vehicle
I was very understanding through this for the record. I called back after a long time of waiting for the service department to let me know if they were ready to take the truck back to replace the rear window. They said they were "just about to call me" when I had called. I said I would be leaving for a vacation August 3rd to the 10th and wouldn't require a loaner. They said it would be done during that week. I called on the 9th to see if I would be picking my truck up when I got home and they said the work wouldn't even be started till the following Monday the 12th! They hardly made excuse for this. After a months of waiting to get the window done they had a whole weeke scheduled in advance and were made aware of it mid July! The kicker of it all... I finally go to get my truck, (they didn't call to let me know BTW, I kept calling and guessed what day it would be back), the seats are not bolted down or even in my cab! They were left sitting in my bed! So I had to wait yet another day! The woman at the desk was embarrassed and said she'd make it right. All the while I have not been offered compensation for my loss of business nor any complimentary services for being understanding and patient through many inconveniences and honesty down right insults to me and my business I've given Cargill and Maverick motor group. Attached are photos of my seats also not properly bolted down, looks rushed and uncaring by the tech that did it. Also found a bolt not attached on one. Great job on the body work to cargill Collison, they did their part at least. I'm a very unhappy customer though. I cannot see myself buying from Cargill or Maverick motor group again.

From beginning to end, we were very pleased with our experience. We shared what we were looking for with Haley and she found it and kept in communication with us until delivery. She then passed us on to Talek who sealed the deal and sent us home in our 2024 Chevrolet Blazer RS. Both Haley and Talek went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience possible.

Recently purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from our salesman Karl and have nothing but good things to say. From the first time we dealt with him in 2017 to our most recent purchase, Karl has made buying a vehicle from your dealership as painless and effortless as possible.
We will highly recommend Karl and be back for another purchase when we are ready to replace one of our existing vehicles.

I want to thank Cargill Chevy and especially Sam and Brenda for a great experience with the service department in Putnam, CT. They were expedient, trusting, and accommodating from start to finish and bumper to bumper. I intentionally chose Cargill to help me even though they are not my closest dealer and they did not disappoint. Shout out to the technician who also replaced the engine lifters in my truck's engine. Very pleased with the team at Cargill Chevy.

Just purchased a great looking car, however not even 24 hours after purchase the engine light came on. Took back to dealership and all they did was reset it and not fixed the issue under the state warranty, was told it was due to an aftermarket part that was on it before I purchased it. No resolution after buying almost a 60k car. Not very happy that all was done was a light reset and an excuse and was sent on my way, basically told to deal with it cause of the previous owner put on a custom intake. Feels as if I bought a lemon.
