I bought a chevy Colorado ZR2 From Cargill Chevrolet in Putnam Connecticut. It was used 2019. It had 31000 miles on it. I loved as soon as I seen it. I knew I wanted.it at first galce the Sales department Did everything they could to get me home in that day and they Did. I traded in my jeep Grand cherokee which I was in love with too I put money down and everything. And I drove home in the truck. Not even a week after I had the trck i had to bring it in because I Was hearing noises In the front end, the guy said he couldn't replicate the noise but they did fix the adjuster for the steering column because the steering column was locked up.Then a couple of weeks later. Brought it back cause of the noise in the front end was getting worse The service manager Nick, who at the time was working with me said he would have his guys look at it they had it for 2 weeks They gave it back a couple weeks later. And no sooner did I drive out there parking lot the noise was there clear as day I went right back and had nick the service manager take a drive with me as I was driving he was telling me that the squeaking was birds chirping we got back to cargill and with out having even touch the brakes or gas pedal while coasting through the parking lot the squeaking noise was louder than ever he looks at me and says we are chasing different noises are you kidding me Ive heard the noise since I bought the truck and he knows cause i deal with him every time then he tells me bring it back friday but doesn't have a loaner vehicle for me so what i cant go to work cause your techs and master mechanic are not doing there jobs and or lie to customers about whats really going on with there certified used truck I was the sucker they seen coming and they sold me a used truck for a brand new price I think for $50000 or better. I should be treated with a little bit more dignity. It is my hard-earned money. That is being thrown out the window.Paying for a truck that ultimately is going to break. If not fixed. So in The service manager Nick's eyes. I am no good because I voice my First Amendment right to freedom of speech. He will not work on my vehicle now. Because I have left reviews stating that he is an arrogant Person who tells a customer that is worried about his safety and worried about his investment. Not to come back if I don't like the way they work on my vehicle. It's pretty sad I spent good money and I'm being treated. Horribly, I just want my truck fixed. I want to feel safe in my truck. I want my truck to last.I've been arguing and dealing with these issues for well over a year now And Cargill Chevrolet and the service department manager Nick are making it so difficult. Oh, and now have told me that he will not work out my vehicle no more because of the review. I left him. About Him telling me not to come back if I didn't like the way they were working on my vehicle.I would stay far away from that place if I were to be buying a car right now.But but I am driving a car. That they will not fix.Because of bad reviews, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and anybody else. I can because That Is horrible business I give that place 0 stars and the guy. Nick from the service department the manager. The supposed boss that b**** loses his job for allowing somebody to be out on the road in a car that he certified. While it is. Broke broken. He has no concern for your safety at all.Or your kids if I had a kid

Dennis Jimmis went above and beyond! His kindness and knowledge is above all. I have a Chevy Equinox bought it from another dealership none chevy as it was a car available in the beginning of 2022. I called the original dealer who refused to work on it when I had a check engine light came on this weekend and was losing power. Dennis reached out to the warranty company who said it was covered but I would need to contact them as it wasn't where it was covered under, after working with warranty company contacted my dealership where I bought it and is currently in the process of releasing it to Chevy! Will continue having service and oil changes done here.Literally respectful people and helpful throughout a stressful process.A++++ service

I am extremely displeased only due to the fact that they Don't know how to treat there employees and when I went to go vacuum my vehicle and clean out the garbage out of the vehicle the manager of the quick live threatened me and decided that it was okay to almost grab at me I will not be going There nor will any of my friends be going there I also called the managers at the main office and decided to report the manager and I was constructed by the state police over something I didn't even do if you don't want to lose money and be threatened by Scott the manager of the quick lube and car wash dont go there. when I used to work there Scott the quick lune manager was very disrespectful towards his employees and I requested an apology and did not receive one I am going to be contacting the BBB due to this outlandish experience. I feel that you shouldn't be threatened by an employee I own a truck from the company and I was cleaning my vehicle like I said and was extremely uncomfortable by Scott again the manager of the quick lube his actions were uncalled for and by the labor laws should have been repermandes or terminated.

Came here for emissions. In and out in about 15 minutes. Perfect. Browsed the showroom while I waited, wasn't bothered by any salesman, also perfect. I will say that the literature on the showroom floor which goes over the available vehicles only shows the inside/outside color options, which is fairly useless.

Had the engine light come on in my vehicle, took it to Auto Zone and the staff was able to hook up a diagnostic test and found the problem. I then called the dealer, found it was a common problem in the Chevy Trax and it would be covered. Went in to the appt and was greeted by a male manager, gave him the diagnostic report and was told that a diagnostic test would be performed to find the problem and "if" it was covered, then they would fix it. I asked about the person I spoke with on the phone that said "it was a common problem" and he said he had no clue if that was it and became very condescending and talking down to me. He was putting on an aggressive sell and I wanted the part replaced and nothing more. He wrote up the new slip, and in the end, the mechanic confirmed it was a common problem, it was replaced free and engine light was off. We as women should not be treated like we are stupid and don't understand when there are ways to save money and not be bullied into paying more than we need. Buyer beware - do your homework before, as they will take advantage of your money.

Making an appointment is easy. I always come here for an oil change and tire rotation. They perform a lot of emissions testing. At least from what I've noticed. You can hear the sighs of relief when the customer is told two magic words, "you passed!" I love the video the technician sends you from their inspection. I think that's a cool feature from a customer service perspective.

Buyer beware:i bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado that is 2 days old on a flat bed with 200 miles on it. Cargill has not been helpful in the least bit telling both myself and GM headquarters there's "nothing more they can do" They initially told me they would replace the part in a few days ( a brand new truck shouldn't need a part first of all)Then after not hearing from them I called and they said it could be weeks. They gave me a loaner that is basically a go cart on truck wheels and told me that was comparable. Which it is far from. They then told me I couldn't return it which is not true according to the consumer rights act. If you're thinking about buying a vehicle from them think twice, they will not stand by it. I have contacted GM and I'm also contacting the better business bureau, state attorney general and will plaster all over social media. Buy ANYWHERE but from here.
