Why make mobile deposit an option when its not convenient I deposited my check by mobile deposit in the app Friday before the bank closed and my my money still isn't avaible. Frustrating not like I have bills to pay or anything.

Could not get change for a 20 dollar bill because I don't have an account. Where are you supposed to go?I would open an account there and noticed they have to pay people to open accounts as service is so bad

Bank tellers at bank hometown as well as the managers don't know what they're doing. My daughter is 16 and has a personal check from grandma for 50.00 she wants to cash. I told the bank tellers out loud..."My daughter has been trying to cash this check since February of this year." So we went into bank hometown where I have an account and they held my daughter and I up for 35 minutes about her identity. We gave them her Lerner's permit and they said that was not good enough. They asked for a student ID but my daughter didn't get hers yet. So they ask us to come back with her birth certificate and a proof of social security. So I go back there one hour later with my 2020 tax return as well as my daughter's birth certificate. They get my daughter's social off my tax return and again we are being held up for 35 minutes or so while two bank tellers type in my daughter's info into the computer system. After all this one teller asks me. "Are you trying to open an account for her or are you just wanting to cash it?" I never mentioned opening an account for my daughter with this bank. I told the teller. "We just want to cash the 50.00 dollar personal check she got from Grandma." "Oh that's easy." She says. She had me write on the back of the check father of my daughter and my daughter had to sign her name. The teller said you're all set. She went back to cash the check and then tells me. "This check is over 6 month old written back in February. We don't cash checks dated past 6 months." Are you kidding me with these people!!! The other tellers did not notice the date on the check the first time I was there??? I told them out loud we have been trying to cash this check since February. So they cant read or hear? All this craziness is an hour of my life I can't take back. One thing I hate doing is wasting my time with people. How the hell does the bank tellers not notice the date on the check the first time around and send me out the door immediately? I think these people are on drugs or need to be on drugs. They can't seem to focus very well. I'm embarrassed to have them for my bank after what they had put me and my daughter through over a 50.00 dollar check we were just trying to cash, not a 500 dollar or 5000 dollar check. It's ridiculous!

Not only from day one mistake after mistake I still showed loyalty. For my good deed I almost got beat up at the window because a lady who's been working there for ever didn't know how to do their job. My wife who's indian gets ignored while employees walk right by her.I feel so discomfort going here when I have a good amount of money in this bank. I go every week for the past 7 yrs and do the same thing but yet I have to wait 30 minutes to leave while seeing 5 or 6 get waited on . The bank manager is the assistant manager who states she's the manager who stated. "You can take your money out of our bank" I don't let ignorance deter me but when you have people treat your wife rude,get me almost beat up at the window, don't know how to count, and has a bank manager that is so rude, take your money elsewhere. I'm trying to get ahold of the ceo mr morgan because of this problem I can't even go there without feeling uncomfortable

This is by far THE WORST bank ever created!! They have outsourced absolutely everything making it a complete waste of time and energy to bank with them. They didn't even put in their own atm in their parking lot so you can't make deposits. They don't stand by their customers when you use their atm VISA ... oh that's outsourced as well if you have a complaint like someone steeling $1600.00 from your account. Save your time, money and avoid frustration by banking anywhere but here. So disappointing to bank with "a local Bank" only to have them care less and have zero accountability. AVOID this bank because they are horrible!

The bank manager is a liar and will mislead you into opening an account. I would never ever go to this bank or this branch of banks ever.
