“I think J&H is great. Went there years ago with my jeep and that’s when I started going there regularly. Whenever I had an issue they would always be straight with me, tell me my options for parts and if it was worth going with the more expensive or if I could get away with the cheaper version. I have never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. Husband recently brought his vehicle in for a repair, and needed them to look at the blinker too as we had replaced it and it went out again shortly after. It turned out to be a much more extensive electrical problem that took more time than they anticipated, and they gave us a break on the amount of time it took. They always take the time to explain to us what’s going on, and even things we might want to keep an eye on. Never any pressure for them to do additional work at the time or anything like that. I do highly recommend them.”

“No complaints thus far. My windshield was smashed on the highway by ice that flew from a car that did not clean before getting on the highway of course they did not stop. I Called Allstate glass dept at 11am and was immediately connected to Payless Steve asked if I could get there before 5 i stated I could. Got the car there at 1 and received a call at 3 that the window was in but it was the wrong one (My fault for giving incorrect accessorie info) Maria was very nice and accomodating offering to keep my car locked in a safe place until the new winshield arrived even though it was my error she was more than kind. The next morning at 10am my winshield was fixed. Payless will get many referrals from me.”

“I like this shop a lot. First because it's a small locally owned business. Also because I feel like I can trust these guys. I went there to rent a uhaul van for a week because I had put my 20yr old truck in another shop. I keep up on it but, I knew there was a few big fixes it needed to drive us around safely. The other shop came at me with over 3,000 estimate. It's a good shop & they covered all the bases but, I was freaking out. I couldn't afford that estimate or a new vehicle. I told Dan I was renting the uhaul to give me time to cool off and decide what to do. He told me to bring my truck to them and he could atleast tell me what needs to be done right away & if any of the repairs could wait a little longer. I really appreciate that. It's like having a friend or family member that's a mechanic. You can get a realistic answer and time frames. So, I broke it down to 3 separate visits to dkc auto for repairs. It was more affordable & I felt confident that they kept me in the loop, explained things to me clearly and got the work done quickly. They never had my truck for more than 1 day. I recommend this shop & after asking around a few other people I know have had good experiences with these guys too. So, I'm staying with DKC for all my automotive maintenance & repairs.”
