“Stay tuned.. I am waiting on info on a repair for the item that I have this review for. Their people are good, but I am waiting for feedback on a repair under warranty. A part may be "back ordered" with no date as when to expect a repair.
The firm was extremely easy to work with and provided accurate information about my purchases. My refrigerator had failed and they helped make a purchase that would minimize my problem.
