I dropped off my grandfathers 1939 Zenith radio to Kevin for a restoration. It definitely shows he genuinely cares about these radios. He had it completed as scheduled and it sounds amazing. Glad I got the Bluetooth capability added. Thank you Kevin.

My wife and I have a family heirloom radio/record player that is very rare. It was about to be sold, but after finding Antique Sounds Restorations, we brought it over to Putnam It was repaired in full, and operates good as new. We also had Bluetooth added, so we can play direct from Spotify.
The restoration quality is top-notch, and the radio/player sounds incredible. A great price for the restoration too, we are thrilled!

I reached out to this business regarding a repair and restoration for a family heirloom radio that I wanted restored. The man on the phone (Kevin Frattalone he called himself, but I believe this was also a lie) asked me to send him pictures of the radio. I did. He said he could absolutely fix it. I was so excited and hopeful. I shipped him my irreplaceable and priceless-to-me family radio. It has now been 6 months since I have heard anything from this "company". It is a total fraud. This person MUST be held accountable.

He has my radios and will not return them to me. I went to his store 3 times to pick them up. It's been years. I was trying to be understanding due to Covid, it is not acceptable. I'll be taking him to small claims court to get my money back.

Highly recommend Antique Sounds. My highly positive review is lengthy but necessary! My grandfather's 1958 Fisher President stereo credenza sat in my barn for years. It was in bad shape both electronically/mechanically and cosmetically with wood cabinet water damage, as well as 7 of 8 broken cast legs. I had tried to find someone to restore it over the years with no success. No one I found was capable of a full restore, specifically all electronics to also include Ampex r2r,

Ron and Kevin did a fantastic job on fixing and restoring my mother's father's old radio. the only thing she had left from him. it was dropped an they did an amazing job.

Kevin restored a family radio for me a couple of years ago and did a great job. We use it frequently (even though it's just AM!). It was a dream come true for me to be able to use it again after so many years. Kevin is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

I used Kevin's Restoration services at (Antique Sounds (Radio) Restorations LLC) and when I got my radio back the work was less then acceptable for the cost. It was unsafe and shoddy workmanship and he left my radio a dirty mess. The radio was not cleaned in anyway and the speaker was ruined and has a big hole in it and the electronics were barely touched and wires and insulation were melted. Its truly not a restoration but just a basic terrible repair with no respect to my german braun radio or me. I went to him cause I'm disabled in a wheelchair and cant do the work and he was local and he talked like he knew what he was doing I was wrong. I would look elsewhere, he's not good at his work and was one month late getting it back to me. I asked for a refund and only got half back and he will not answer emails. He said he would have his accountant get a check to me for the rest of my refund and its never been sent, been waiting weeks. Don't let his web page and Facebook page fool you. I found him to unprofessional.
