Arrived at 10:30 am. Store was not open. Hours posted on the door and the website were from 10 am to 4.

I've worked with David twice in the past 4 months as a remote shipping company for items acquired at virtual auctions. He has been awesome at addressing my needs, packed the items to perfection, and communicated effectively. Highly recommended!!!

On 11/2/2023, I had the need for Notary and shipping services. I had the opportunity to work with the Notary and what a pleasant interaction it was. His customer service and attention to detail was bar none. It is my opinion that we the consumer need more service providers who value our business, and make us feel valued. On the other hand, often times we experienced great service and we don’t mention it. My experience here was one of exceptional service, and representatives that went above and beyond to assist me with an international package. I want to thank them, and I will make this location my go to UPS store.Joyce

If your location doesn't open at 8:30am then you need to update your online hours and the hours written on the door. I arrived just before 8:30am (Friday 10/20/23) and have been waiting for the the business to open. It is now after 9am and still no one has opened the building. Several people have walked up with packages in hand, only to pull on a locked door handle. There is now a whole handful of people here waiting to get in and several more have already came and left. It is extremely annoying and inconvenient to drive out of your way to an establishment that is reported to be open, only to waste all morning waiting for someone to show up. I can understand being a few mins late to work, but here it is 30 mins past opening and there is no one in sight except a line of people waiting to get in. Seems to me like someone should be held accountable. This totally unacceptable. To anyone reading this, I suggest you call ahead to make sure they are actually open before driving here.

Here in a Friday at 930am. Online hours and posted hours on the door say they open at 830am. There's no one to ask and nothing posted.

I use UPS often and they do so much more than do deliveries. They have so many stores that are close. They will do everything to get your package packaged right, and shipped to where it needs to go. Wonderful staff ❤️

I only use this location to return my unwanted Amazon packages. I’ve been there several times and have never had a bad experience that was due to their negligence. I have had bad experiences because of my stupidity of throwing away packing that I needed to repack my return in which ended up costing me money but even then the employees have always helped me out. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Worst location. I called the store asking if I can come at closing time . I explained to them that It was my last day to return it and the guy told me to come. I drove over 20 minutes and he closed the door on my face. I ended up getting there at 6:29 and couldn’t return my package which will probably cost me $200.00 I understand I was late but I told him before I left the house. What a disgrace of an employee.
