Great family oriented training facility for almost all ages. Has CrossFit for adults and specific sport training for the kids to help improve their current sport activity with specialized training and weight lifting especially speed drills.highly recommended!!!!!!

Dropped in for a Saturday morning class. Gabriel and the members were super welcoming, and the partner workout was great! Will certainly be back when in town.

My experience at Union City Athletics has been wonderful! Gabe, the head coach is very engaging and motivating. He coaches with a fun style and puts together different workouts to reach all of his athletes athletic potential.
