Does not answer the phone, all you ger is a recording that gives you their hors and location the an option for Dr's or patients. Once you pres 6 as a patient you get a second recording telling you to go online then it disconnects the call.

Quest has made it a poor and robotic experience. You can't communicate the a person until you are in the chair having your blood drawn. The staff is friendly but seem overwhelmed.

If I could do 0 I would. My doctor didn't send over the tests, so I had them send it over. Sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes after that even though I had an appointment and watched many get called in even though I was there before them. I then left because I'm a working adult who had a job to go to, I can't sit around forever in PJs like some can.

Was in office one week ago went on internet to make appointment went to a different location two weeks ago no problem When I got there wanted me to scan liscece and insurance card wasn't working.girl comes pulls up screen said they were having issues she pull up a name real quick ask is this you I said no first name is wrong .she wanted to treat me I said you go fix that name I was dropping off my urine after she took my info she wanted a credit card for Sixty dollars to hold against me I said no I don't owe quest no money I said I will go back to where I was last week .she said that is okay I been Leary about this office I can't get through no one to explain I try three billing to tell my experience they hung up on me when you owe quest they will hunt us down .I want a live person to speak too.

I never come here but today I did because they had the earliest appointment and never again. I have never had a issue with my arm after blood work until today. My vein has a hard, dime side lump that formed after I left the lab and it’s purple. Again never had this issue in my life. Never will I go here again. I will stick with the one on West Main Street.

I am very disappointed with some staff members that were working while a family member was receiving blood work this morning. One of the phlebotomists who was working, I did not catch her name but she was older with purple hair, was extremely rude to her patients. My family member has fainting spells when she gets her blood drawn, this employee while trying to get the chair to lay flat and was visibly rolling her eyes at said patient for passing out. She walked out of the room complaining under her breath that she had to pull down her mask to throw up and because she was passing out and having a hard time breathing. I am very disappointed with this lady's actions especially as an employee who has to work with people on a day to day basis, I hope she doesn't treat other patients the same way. On the other hand, the other employees working this morning were very helpful and kind but the treatment of my family member this morning by this particular employee was not appreciated.

Fred is very personable and friendly. Always asks me how I'm doing and makes sure I'm comfortable especially with my anxiety disorder while getting a needle. I feel very comfortable with him which is important while giving blood.

This is the second time Mark has drawn my blood... last week in Middlebury and today in Prospect. He is terrific. I couldn't even feel the needle either time. I had an appointment both times and only had to wait about 5 minutes. Definitely make an appointment.

I have gotten my blood drawn every three months for the last 15 years. This was the first and last time at this location. I’ve never had a blood test hurt that much and three days later it’s hard to even describe how black and blue my arm is. It looks like i was in a fight.
