Mike and Kim personalize every detail for each family they encounter. They have extreme compassion and empathy. I haven’t ever witnessed that in a funeral home. It certainly doesn’t feel like a business. I highly recommend Prospect Memorial to care for your loved ones.

My grandfathered passed away a few weeks back. My family and I can’t express just how wonderful Kim, Mike and the entire staff were. They were kind, compassionate and helped us to navigate through a very emotional time. The services were beautiful and the video tribute incredible. Would recommend Prospect Memorial Funeral & Cremation above any other. Thank you Kim and Mike for everything.

My mom passed away in January 2023, And I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff at Prospect Memorial was. Their compassion and attention to detail was amazing. They take care of everything so that families can take care of each other during the grieving process.Their facility is beautiful. Very clean, open, and bright - a welcome departure from the dark, closed in rooms of other funeral homes.Kim, the co-owner, has a heart of pure gold and it shows in everything she does.

Kim and her husband helped make a difficult time easier. They treated us with kindness and compassion and took care of every detail. I feel they went above and beyond in helping our family through a difficult time. They are both wonderful and caring people.

I had just lost my son Edwin who was only 21 years old on September 26th. My oldest daughter had made an appointment for us to meet with Kimberly and her husband at their funeral home. When we went to meet with her I was very nervous because I didn’t know what to expect and it was so hard for me to deal with anything. When we was sitting with her she was very professional and explained the procedures that would occur. She answered all our questions and she made me feel very relaxed and also stated that my son”s ashes would be handled with care and with the hands of a mother. When they went and picked up my son she made sure everything was done properly and professionally. When we got to picked up my son”s ashes she hugged his urn before she handed him over to me. As a mom who just had lost her son she treated him as he was her own and I appreciate everything she did for our family. And as a mother to a mother I am so thankful to her for everything she did. ❤️?

My husband passed away on November, 26 2022. Although we contacted Prospect Memorial in the very early morning of November 27, 2022 , they were immediately responsive to our needs and state of mind. My son and I met with Kim Palmerie later that same day at the funeral home. She was kind, soft-spoken and compassionate. She guided us through a process that we'd never wanted to experience but had to. For lack of better words , she supported us and personalized her questions and her advice so that we could make informed decisions about how we wanted to honor my husband Hap. She was remarkable and so respectful and supportive of our feelings during this time of great loss. She made the whole experience a loving and professionally handled one. My family will be forever grateful to Kim and the staff of Prospect Memorial . They should get 10 stars. I should have written this sooner. I was prompted to do so by a card that I received recently from Prospect Memorial saying, "I'm thinking of you" almost one year since my husband left us. Thank-you.

It was a very difficult time for my family and me with the passing of my beautiful, kind and humble husband. I know this is something we all will have to go through lossing a love one. Prospect Memorial Furneral Home in Prospect, Ct were such kind caring people that went way and beyond for our family. Yesterday I received a thinking of you card after it made one year since my husband passed away. I am still struggling with missing my husband and trying to move forward and thank God my family has been here for me. If you find yourself in need of a funeral home I recommend one hundred percent to go make appointment with them because they are such kind, caring people and giving that this is a difficult time for you and your family you will not be disappointed. Thank you Laura and Kim for showing us your kindness and compassion during this difficult time.

The Palmerie family went above and beyond 3.5 years ago for my Dads service. So, when our Mom passed away our family didn’t even have to think twice about reaching out to them this time once again. We knew we could put our trust and faith into Kim’s hands once again to make Mom’s service beautiful as well. Kim pays close attention to details and wants nothing more than the service to depict the life of our loved ones. She is a very caring and compassionate woman, she not only offered my family her deepest condolences but also a shoulder to cry on at any given time. We would put our trust and faith into Kim & Mike if we needed to once again in the future. Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts for such a beautiful service.The Farina Family ?

We were extremely pleased with the level of compassion and attention to detail to create such a special day for our loved one. After a warm and comfortable conversation, they created a beautiful obituary that read like a short story. Our momentos and pictures were loving displayed, and they created a video of the photos we gathered and played them during the services. We opted to have the visiting hours and celebration of life, along with military honors, all at the funeral home. They took care of every detail seamlessly. It brought our family so much comfort to be guided by such a professional and attentive staff. I would highly recommend them 10 STARS ? Thank you, Palmerie Family
