LaBonne's Market, formerly known as Oliver's Supermarket, has been serving the Prospect community for many years. The store is well-loved for its high-quality products and excellent customer service. Customers often praise the produce, which is of good quality, and the meat, which is also considered to be good. The store is clean and offers reasonable prices, making it a convenient choice for grocery shopping. Employees are friendly and attentive, contributing to a positive shopping experience. One of the standout items is their eggplant parmesan, which is described as thinly sliced, well-stacked, and not mushy, earning high praise from customers. Many appreciate the quick and easy shopping experience, noting that they can get in and out efficiently. The fried chicken from the kitchen receives compliments for its quality, and the staff, including those who previously worked at Oliver's, are recognized for their helpfulness and good service. However, a few reviews highlight some issues, particularly with the Deli Department. Concerns include inconsistent slicing sizes and occasional unprofessional behavior, such as slow service or deliberate messiness, which can affect the overall experience. Despite these issues, the store owner has shown responsiveness by addressing complaints and reaching out to customers. Overall, LaBonne's Market is regarded as a friendly, clean, and reliable neighborhood store that offers quality products and good service, with some room for improvement in certain departments. Customers value the store’s convenience and the caring attitude of its staff, making it a preferred choice for many in the community.

Their eggplant parm is to die for and I’m a hard critic when it comes to eggplant parm. Thinly sliced. Not over breaded not too cheesy or saucy. Stacked beautifully and not mushy. Bellissimo!
