“I had just gone to my doctor's for a physical yesterday and she wanted me to do blood work. I am off today, a Tuesday, so thought it would be a perfect time to do a fasting blood draw. I looked at the appointment calendar online, the morning was full. So I decided to try as a walk-in. I went right at opening and scanned my cards. It said that the next appointment was 2:30pm and did I want that? I went to other options and next thing I know it was starting over. I thought something was wrong and I started the process again. Just as I and a lady next to me also did, a staff member came out and called us by name. I was out13 minutes later. The young man who took my blood was very professional and fast! Great team work!”

“The one lady here is absolutely phenomenal when taking my blood. I think she’s the main doctor. In all my thirty years I have only had three people get my blood without fail including her. I refuse to go anywhere else. She has a good bedside manner too and seems to really care about you with a very calm demeanour. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I can’t say the same for the other ones here.”

“Had a urine & blood test/draw and it was a seamless experience! I get anxiety and sometimes get sick during blood work and my phlebotomist Taniya was so kind about it! She offered me accomodations and talked with me during it to distract me. She was also skilled with the needle insertion, barely felt it.Also - It's clean and spacious, check in is easy, and I was taken shortly before my check-in time! Recommend.”

“Quick and efficient. I was late to my appointment but was seen right away soon as I arrived (still depends on the time that you go tho). I needed my blood work done and my Phlebotomist (sorry i forgot her name) was very good and really knows what she’s doing. One poke and Im done.”

“This lab is amazing. The male tech I had my sons with me they are 4 and 5 he actually talked to them and teaches a few things I had a 5 min wait which honestly is nothing. I also didn't feel the needle inserted in my arm it also was done quickly I will go back everytime I need blood or urine”
