I was so nervous to pack it, as it was high quality and the buyer paid a lot of money for it, so I felt it would be more responsible to have a professional pack it. It was also a sentimental piece that I was hesitant to sell, and it was emotional for me to drop off. I received a message from the buyer today, and they said it was impeccably packed. She said it was “immaculate” and that I should “reach a class on shipping.” I was so relieved! I told her I had it professionally packed and that I would definitely be using UPS for all of my future packing. I’m sure she will, too! This was a very stressful item for me to part with and I really appreciated the care taken in packing and shipping.”

“I've been here quite a few times. Granted it's only been with Amazon returns, boxed & unboxed. This location has always been quick & painless. They scan & hand me a receipt. Easy in & out. Amazon gets my returns in a timely fashion. I get my refund. The short young man behind the counter is always friendly.”

“I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”

“12/29/2023 I would like to start by saying I don’t do the business review thing but I had to absolutely do this review. Middle aged women here who is not computer savvy and usually have a difficult time when it comes to computers. I visited the UPS Seymour location for the first time to do a return. I had the pleasure of Keisha as my customer service representative I must say she greeted me with a smile and she really went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me with my return she had so much patience with me and also suggested other alternatives.
