“From first contact over 3 months ago Lawrance was just amazing to work with. He never put any pressure on me and he made the transaction simple and easy. I bought an F90 M5 competition from him. I called pretty late at night the poor guy was already at home probably getting ready for bed but he still took my call and was on the phone with me for quite some time. We spoke about the vehicle and arranging shipping since the car was going to be shipped out to California where I live. The car was very well taken care of, had super low miles and Lawrance promised me it was immaculate. We agreed upon everything on the phone and we continued to stay in touch thru text as well. A big concern for me was making sure the vehicle would get shipped enclosed so Lawrance went out of his way to make sure that happened. He mailed me all the paperwork I signed it and sent it back with the cashiers check to pay for the vehicle. Sadly when the car arrived the carbon fiber splitter did have a scratch probably from loading it into the truck but Lawrance took care of me and sent me a check so I could buy a new one and he even sent me a second key brand new from BMW because the one that arrived was from a different car. I understand mistakes happen but the way Lawrance handled everything just told me that I was dealing with the right guy. I will definitely buy another car from him in the future since I’ve been having an itch for a Porsche but for now I’m loving my M5. Doing business with Lawrence was a 5 star experience even when things went south a little he handled the situation and made it right. The reason why I took this long to post my review is because I promised him I would do it and upload some pictures once the car is done I’ve done some modifications to it and now here she is! Thank you Lawrance for being amazing and staying in touch with me even after business was done. You truly are a great car guy and that is hard to find nowadays. Most dealers are just looking to swindle you and make profit but Lawrance is not like this he truly is a car guy and he knows cars he doesn’t stock garbage if you look at his inventory and you’re a car enthusiast you’ll know what I’m talking about. “Where do I start ...had discovered and used their services couple times before ..and was ..amazed at how patient helpful .. genuinely nice ..every person I talked with ..owner ..mechanic ..office manager ...their goal ..was so...inline with my goals...get and keep my car on the road ...by providing timely ..quality repairs and maintenance at a fair competitive price ...on that note ..some of their prices ..seemed to be ..? Let's say ...mirroring my budget ..which at the time ..was ...I needed as much quality help ..for the best price possible ..and they delivered in spades ...I was so happy ...example : one of my relatively new Michelin tires was causing me grief ..very slow leek ..had to add air every 24 hours ...went to other mechanic ..who installed for say 20 bucks ..they checked again and charged me another 20 bucks ..ugg ..I go to Prospect Auto ..bam ..probably solved ..closer to 15. No more low air notice ...priceless ...So why would I or anyone else ...But I erred ...and do to ..low finances ..tried to ..save a few pennies and have backyard mechanic ..mobile mechanic ..Install parts I got pretty cheap online ..WRONG...they didn't show up ... arbitrary prices ..Then ...left car almost un towable due to front axle ..off ..wheel and rim off...Embarrassed by my ..penny wise and dollar foolish ..strategy I called Prospect Auto ...Quickly ... professionally ..they miraculously towed my car ..and again exceeded all my expectations ...so nice to find a business who knows their business ..and appreciates their customers ...even if they don't have unlimited cash :)Services: Oil change”
