“My wife and I can Only say wonderful things about Dr. Beal, her husband Clayton, and the rest of the staff at North Eastern Vet Care on how well they took care of our dog-child Capt. Dutch, the Pirate (see photo). What makes Dr. Beal stand out is her sincere love of animals and practical concern for cost vs pet health. She always gave the best care without breaking the bank. At the end of our little boys' life, it was Clayton who took charge and made sure to provide a loving, dignified end of life situation and to this day we are so thankful for his empathy and patience. He took care of everything and after a few days we got Dutch back in a beautiful wooden picture frame box with a lovely sympathy card signed by the entire staff. I highly recommend Dr. Beal and the rest of the staff at North Eastern Vet Care.”

“This past week, we were faced with the failing health of our beloved 18-year-old Kitty. After 2 failed attempts at finding a veterinarian to see her, we reached out to the Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital. From our first contact with Katie at the front desk, the staff was marvelous. They were able to see us within the hour. It became evident it was appropriate to help Kitty end her struggle. They were all so compassionate, professional, and considerate. They made one of the worst days of our lives palatable. Can't recommend more completely. Thank you Mike and Barbara Heyl”
“Recently when I went to Montville Animal Hospital with my sick pet, I had to make a gut-retching decision. The veterinarian, and technician were extremely sympathetic with my situation and gave me all the time I needed after explaining all of my options. They were willing to give me unlimited time to make phone calls and decisions and finally say goodbye to my furbaby. It was not where I wanted to be however, I was in the best of hands. I have been to this clinic 3 times with exceptional services every time and would highly recommend them.”

“I would add 4.5 stars if I could. I love the people who work here, every nurse/vet tech and everyone at the front desk is always wonderful.The vet himself, or one of them however, is ALWAYS rude. I keep coming back here only for everyone else who works here and because while he's rude, he seems to at least care about animals.”

“The people who work at VCA Plainfield Animal Hospital are really nice. I took my cat there for his check-up not too long ago, and he wasn't too happy about it, but I knew he was being taken care of really well. I think you should take your furry friends there for all their check-ups, too.”
“If I could give the entire staff and GLVH a billion stars with a billion rainbows and billion butterflies, I would! I am not from Connecticut. However, I brought my mother's beautiful kitty Alley in with some urinary tract issues. The entire team knew I was only in town for the evening, and mom was recovering from back surgery. Everyone, including several veterinarians, technicians, and front of the "house" team, worked on helping Alley until beyond closing time to ensure the best treatment plan for my mom's beloved girl. I have never quite seen a team work so cohesively in an animal hospital before! And I love my vet! but wow, they really have a remarkable TEAM! Mom, myself, and of course Alley, thanks you from the bottom of our hearts! ?”
