I moved to CT 5 yrs ago. It has been my first time with heating oil (age 41 F) I randomly found this company as they are not far from my house. They have been a blessing. Always helpful, courteous and friendly. I have a weird yard gate and multiple large dogs; they have never left gate open or had an issue with dogs (although with notice I’m more than happy to put dogs away) I’ve fallen on hard times here and there have used state assistance heating oil programs they have never been anything but helpful in dealing with that. My fuel level gauge had broke I knew nothing the delivery man went out of his way to come in the basement look at what broke took the part off for me told me where to buy a new one locally for less than $20 I believe maybe even less than $10 this was years ago now and told me how to install it myself. I really feel their prices areRight along with everyone else’s it’s hard for everyone out here. My point is I think this is a great company and you won’t regret using them for your oil deliveries.

l was told they would deliver the oil as they had ALL YEAR, but no one would come in because they didn't want "anybody getting sick". Also, once l was charged for restarted the boiler when it had restarted by itself.

I will forever recommend you guys to any and everyone. Not only are your prices fair, and below competition, you’ve been the most attentive when I’ve been in need… (which has been a lot, for a couple different issues ?). I’ll never go anywhere else, nor will I recommend anyone else.!

Absolutely the best customer service! They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure you have heat! Jim and Tammy are the nicest people and I’m so glad we found them as an oil company! I can’t say enough good things about them!
