I love Liberty Bank. Not only do I have my personal accounts with them, but also most of the business accounts we manage are with Liberty. They are very friendly, accommodating, and social, but also focused on getting you in and out as quickly as you need. I routinely (twice a week) stop at both Liberty Bank for multiple check deposits into multiple accounts, and no matter what branch I go to, they are always better than the other bank I go to nearby.

Recently swapped all employees and seems to be rotating new ones. Loved coming here but its run badly now in the last few months. idk what happened

Liberty Bank contacted ME (again they contacted ME) that there might be some fraudulent charges on our debit card. We checked and there were totaling about $160. One was for a raffle for cookware another from a gym membership and another for a VPN account. The next day we went to the bank and cancelled the card and got a replacement. They bank could not do anything with the transactions at the time because they were "Pending" We left the next day for vacation and returned a week later and went to the bank to fill out the fraudulent claim paperwork. Approximately 10 days later we received letters saying they were valid transactions. We then called Liberty and they said they would send us the docs involved in them calling valid transactions. Never got them. Called again and basically told them "why would come to bank the next day, cancel my card, get a new one, then the same day we get back from vacation go to the bank to fill out paperwork. For my health? So Liberty Bank is relying on some fraudulent data they got instead of an life long customer. Unfortunately Liberty is the only bank in my town and if there was one called Joe's Bank or Not safe Bank I would pull my accounts in a minute. All the good this bank fid for me over the past 50 years went away when they believe some fraudulent person and not a life long customer. Stay Away if you want to keep your money safe.

Excellent Service As Always In Person or On the Phone! Been a loyal Customer for over 30 years! Staff is outstanding and will go out of their way to and answer any questions that you need?

Liberty bank sucks ***. Was not explained all the policies and options to my account costing me 250. My dad almost made me switch to td before being refunded half my fees. Banks employees makes me anxious when I go inside.

The drive through workers here make me so uncomfortable that I literally have panic attacks about going for any reason. I have only been able to use the ATM for the last few months.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. I have been banking here for over 10 years. I especially love the break free checking, comes in handy when you have to use an ATM with higher fees!

Lori the assistant manager differentiated this branch from the run of the mill retail banks that are everywhere these days. Her efforts to understand my situation, help educate me about how the bank works and put together a plan to resolve my issues was fantastic. In a time when customer service is really the only way to stand above the rest of the banking options, Lori made money for Liberty by affirming my value to the company.
