Went to replace a cracked windshield on my mini cooper today , I m very extremely satisfied for the results , jobs came out 100% complete within an hours my car was ready , super Fast , Clean and quality . Paul and Flora are Absolutely the BEST!! This family run a great shop and family owned They both honest, straight forward , and very professional, Big thanks Paul !! This is the place to go! Paul is a real professional to work with, and helped make sure I got proper OEM glass on my car. I'm always nervous handing my keys over to a stranger, but I knew it was in good hands with Paul. Easy communication, super quick process, and best of all - it looks like new! 100% will be coming back if/when we need another windshield replacement

Attention friends and neighbors! East Coast Glass is an extremely professional and comfortable place to have work done on your vehicle!!! Unlike Safelite! My experience with Safelite has been nothing but trouble! They can’t even read a vin number. Can you believe it. Also, you do have the right to choose where you service your car. I’m writing this review to help all others that have better things to do then deal with problems! That’s their job!!! In closing Paul and Floora are incredibly attentive and make the process super easy and I had to do nothing!
You have earned a customer for life! Excellent job!

Family owned business, with super sweet owners and the most adorable and sweet doggie! I had been driving around with two flat tires for weeks because the weather had been so bad I didn’t want to stop in the rain to pump them up and when I came in to get my windshield fixed Paul noticed and inflated them both up for me! 10/10 job and service

Went to Safelite twice, wasn’t satisfied with their work. Did some research and found out New Country contracts East Coast to do some work. Came in at 11:00 and was out by 12:45. Windshield looks great and has a lot less wind noise on the highway compared to the old one. Thank you Paul and Flora, will definitely be recommending you to friends and family!

Flora and Paul have been my go-to glass replacement specialists for almost 20 years, and I can't recommend them highly enough! This husband and wife team are not only experts at what they do, but they also take the extra time to ensure things are done right the first time.
Recently, they replaced my windshield and went above and beyond as usual. Paul neatly re-tucked all the wiring for my front and rear dash cams, making sure everything was secure and hidden. He even replaced two missing metal clips on the cowl, showing their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Flora and Paul are professionals you can trust. Their exceptional service and dedication to their craft have kept me coming back. Thanks, guys, for always providing top-notch service!

Great experience. Super easy and so much better than the mega company that is advertised on TV. Paul’s been in the business for 30 years. He knows his stuff. Made an appt. and was in and out in under 2 hours. Nice area to wait and easy walk to a couple of restaurants/coffee.

Just had the windshield of my Dodge Charger replaced at East Coast Auto Glass. Paul and his wife are just awesome. Its a family run business by hard working couple and they do the job perfectly. They are very transparent, their follow ups are good and the service is on time. Paul got my windshield replaced in just 45 minutes while i waited in his office taking my business calls. These guys have great experience and knowledge and you cant go wrong by trusting these guys over some larger shops.

Paul and the team at East Coast Auto Glass were so awesome. After TWO failed attempts with Safelite, I made one call to these guys (recommended by Hoffman Lexus) and I had an appointment right after the glass arrived. Dropped off 5:30 the night before, and my car was done by 11:00am the next day. Could not have gone more smoothly. Highly recommend!
