My daughter and I were traveling home recently when my exhaust pipe disconnected. Not only did they take care of me immediately and efficiently, but they also heard my concerns. They fixed the issue AND, I was able to get a really good quote on tires! Bottom line - I chose this place of all places in the area because it’s the most reputable and longest standing auto service in the area!

Definitely would not recommend going here unless you have absolutely no other choice.I had to bring my car in a couple months ago for a flat tire. Well, more than a flat tire, tire was off the rim. I’ll give them this, they were quick but now I see how they were so quick.When we arrived to pick the car up, they had given us someone else’s paper work. Our name, but someone else’s car information. Apparently both cars were the same year, make and model and color. What a coincidence, I’d say. I just let it go, things happen.Until I needed to replace my brakes this week. When removing the lug nuts they cracked EVERY SINGLE lug nut. They use impact guns to put your lug nuts on people. And while they do that they also use bits too small for the lug nut to begin with. One was so severely cracked we had to replace the stud as well. 24 lug nuts cracked and not a word was said. My tires could’ve come off. How incredibly irresponsible.Do NOT go here.

8/26/2022 I had called several tire locations near me to have a slow leaked fixed on my tire (Meineke and Belltown). Both were very unhelpful in trying to get a 10 minute fix. Axelrod said no problem bring the tire down and they will repair it and did not make a big deal out of it. That is the customer experience and they have that nailed down.. Grateful..

Why say your open from 7-11 am on a Saturday type day to normally get tires or service and theirs no one to be seen or pick up the phone unbelievable

This was the second time in 6 months that ive gone there thinking i was needing to replace 2 tires but the 1st time, the tire was under warranty & this time it was a valve stem issue! Only cost $25!!! Very reasonable & fast!
