I usually don’t write reviews unless something unusual happens, today it did. My daughter and I needed to get a cashier’s check for her first car and went to this branch. Brad the banking teller helped us with the cashier’s check. Brad was very professional, patient and helpful. During the time we were there, another customer had come in and for unknown reasons ( maybe the heatwave) became upset. This situation was handled with professionalism by the Terryville branch also. Thanks for all you do!

It is with great gratitude that I write this note. Though it is a fact that the bank was giving excellent service consistently, I am so grateful for the service and support that Garrett, Lisa and Lisa gave me. They resolved a very difficult situation with two charge card companies, Capital One and Citibank. Thank you so much your excellent customer service.

My family owns a small business and it is our experience that Webster offers the best service. The employees of the Terryville branch really care about its customers. With the PPP loan process, Webster helped navigate the uncertainty. I highly recommend Webster to any small business that wants the offerings of a major bank but the touch of a small, local bank.
