“They just make the whole packing and shipping easy! I sent a huge drum to PR, no problem; I sent a suitcase to someplace out west, it arrived on time and not bangged up!”

“Fast, friendly service! Both ladies were great! Harmony checked us out and packaged my gift for my sister, adding a “sent with love” sticker! It’s the little touches that matter when connecting with family! You are appreciated!”

“Tech Manager was not in store yet...cashier asked if I could wait a bit while she contacted Store Manager who was tech savvy. Manager came and she is tech savvy and absolutely saved me from calling a repair service. Patient, smart and extremely helpful!”

“While I have always had good service at the Watertown, CT post office, I have had some problems trying to call the postal employees there. No one ever answers the phone! I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I am having a mobility problem, and was hoping I didn't have to go into the post office myself. Guess I have to now.”

“Customer service.

As banal as that sounds, every time I come to this store, the employees, despite looking like they're still in middle school, are utmost polite and attentive, never making me stand and wait.

Respectful, prompt, and efficient.
Always a pleasure!”

“The two guys working tonight really helped me out a ton! I came in before closing and felt super bad wasn’t sure if my package was still on a truck or somewhere else. But they went and found it for me. Great customer service and thank you for helping me out! One very happy customer”

“I was in the market for a new computer and printer. The sales person at Staples in Watertown CT was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. She helped me choose a computer and printer that fit my needs as a teacher. She also helped find coupons and discounts to lower the price!”

“use the Watertown store to print documents and projects for work all the time. they always come out great, the store processes the online orders pretty quick & has them ready way before the time given. Biggest downfall of this store is its understaffed and it takes some time to get a print associate to acknowledge you or come over. but other than that, the products always come out good & the clients are always happy!”

“I have been renting a Post Office Box, I forward mail to my box for the last 6 months, I have only received junk mail, until today it was for someone else. I took the mail to the front and the woman with the tatoo on her right forearm, was rude and hateful.. this is the only post office in Tulsa that I know of, where employees seem to get away with it... if they have a supervisor he/she needs to be fired!”

“Went through an unusually stressful experience with a recent change of address made super easy by the staff and supervisor at this office. Definitely a 5 star team.”

“The blonde lady with glasses is pretty nice but the other lady makes me a bit uncomfortable. I try to avoid her as much as I can. I wish they would post shifts because yikes it just feels like she hates everyone and makes you walk on eggshells tbh I try to leave there as fast as I can. Even just being in the line is uncomfortable to be honest because it affects the whole atmosphere of the place. She does her work though without issue! It's just that Id rather avoid her shift so I'd appreciate it if you would let us know who will be in when. Either way I hope that lady gets well soon but once again she works just fine.”

“This is a very vintage post office located just on the Green in Litchfield. There is limited parking in front, but it is shared with other businesses and those right in front of the post office is limited to 15 minutes at a time. Inside, the lighting is very dark, and it doesn't look like it's been redesigned since the 70s. They have a full display of bubble mailers, tape, and boxes. The counter has room for two tellers, and those on duty today were very efficient. They seemed to have a good supply of stamps available. There is some seating, but again.... Think 70s. The post office also has a plaque awarding the location with the Preservation Honor Award in 1983.”

“I have several demands for the Torrington post office going forward. First, I want pictures of how it used to look, because it must have been fancy. The public post office is made up of three rooms - lobby in the middle, retail shop on the right, and post office boxes on the left. There are these heavy duty wooden tables by the post office boxes who must have been used on both sides at one point (they're now pushed against the wall). The airplane-like windows must have looked so modern at one point. There are also other doors. Did they used to go somewhere? Was a small cafe attached on the left side of the building, explaining what looks like a separate entrance? Did the walls once hold more art? To my second demand, I want information about the current art. What is up now looks like pieces (imagined) of local boy who tried really hard to do good, John Brown. They're really interesting, and deserve a plaque with more information! As the post office actually is though - the drive up mailbox is a winter godsend, but has a fun tight corner to get to the drop slot. Prepare to lean. Parking is always available, and the retail shop has more postal purchasing opportunities than anywhere else I've seen since 2005. No late hours, but if you need stamps or shipping material they'll have it here!”
