“One of the best facilities I've ever used. The inside is immaculate at all times and the climate controlled units are always at a perfect temperature. Never too hot or too cold. But what really makes the facility fantastic is the Manager, Larissa. She's always got a smile on her face, never acts dismissive or rude(even when she has a lobby full of impatient people) and it seems like she takes the time to get to know everyone that rents there. Whether she's cleaning or cutting locks, she makes sure to take the time to greet us when we come in. It's very impressive and refreshing to see a young woman interacting with people face to face rather than having her head buried in a phone. She's an A+++++ and deserves a big raise!”

“The door on the unit broke when I opened it for the first time, and the woman running the place, Larissa, got me set up in a brand new unit right away. The second unit was clean and just as good as the first.”
“The storage facility here is "brand new". It's secured with eight foot tall perimeter fencing. As well as a secured mechanical gate controlled by a PIN pad. There is very easy access to my rented space. I can easily get in and out, while pulling a large enclosed trailler. The customer service is excellent. Tina is the manager, and I can't say enough about how professional and helpful she was while I was setting up my storage area.I would highly recommend this company and their storage facility.”

Completion of the contract for the new unit with a full explanation of the permitted items that could not be stored in the unit were clear and concise. “This place is decent for a storage unit. I have one of the larger units because I have a lot of things. My unit is not temperature controlled but I feel that it should be based on the price of $222 per month.”
“Yesterday I was driving a U-Haul trailer from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the trailer lights went out. we stopped at U-Haul Waterbury Downtown, and the young lady behind the desk stopped what she was doing and helped us assess the problem. They don’t work on trailers at this location, so she then directed me to the U-Haul in Naugatuck where they may be able to help me. They did; and I’m appreciative of her assistance in assessing and assisting with the situation.”
“I just rented a truck from this location. Despite the negative reviews, I honestly found the staff professional and helpful.I definitely recommend this location, especially if you are looking for the 17' or 20' truck, this is the only location where you can find them.Happy moving ✌️”

“Moving is stressful.. I'd rather hang out at the DMV then move I hate it so much, however, these guys were amazing. The office person made everything so simple. I was able to complete paperwork ahead of time so it made it easy to just sign off and pay the movers. We had three movers and the guys were careful, efficient, and helpful. Patient too because we waited for a 1/2 hour for the person with our keys to arrive. They worked fast and certainly handled everything with care. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.”
