I just got off the phone with Ed and I am blown away by the customer service, suggestions and advise I just received. ED has the patience of a saint. He took a significant amount of time explaining all our options for a pool liner replacement while trying to minimize the amount of money we spent and at the same time was overwhelming kind, caring, and courteous. Wow! We don't even know if he is going to work with us at this point but he deserves 20 stars.

I have actually never written a bad review before but I feel this warranted it. I am extremely disappointed with Robco Pools. Ray came out and installed our pool and did a good job but when it came to following up on leaks and service it has been a nightmare. Robco opened our pool this year and didn't fix all the issues and it took 6 weeks of calling to get them to finally come (and some frustration on our part). We had to keep filling our pool with water during that period because of this leak. We left messages daily with Ed who always promised Ray would be right out but it never happened. We also were told that we would be getting a credit for our pool stairs which did not happen either. When we asked about the credit we were promised for our ladder Ray's response was "I have been working 6 to 7 days a week and I am not going to argue with you because it will not end well!" Rendered speechless after that threat we decided to let it go. I am very disappointed in my experience with this company and will not be ever using them again. I warn those who will us Robco Pools that Ray will promise the world but will not deliver. It is a shame they don't either stop taking on new business that they can't handle and make their current customers happy or hire some more help to deliver on the good service they promise.

Started using these guys when Clearwater closed in Litchfield. They helped me convert back over to chlorine and installed new liner for me last year. Very professional and knowledgeable !!!! They have bailed me out a few times and know exactly what they are doing. They test pool samples at any time too !!

I have had good luck with this company over the years. They have come out and fixed my in ground pool filter and were very professional in explaining how to keep my pool crystal clear with the right chemicals. Also, they recommended a pool cover to me when I was in the market for a new one and offered a cover that would be guaranteed to last for a minimum of 5 years for only a little more than a standard cover. They are also flexible with their payment options.
