“What a nice old nursery to visit. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. There was a very nice variety of plants. We saw a beautiful tree, reasonably priced, but we could not fit it in our vehicle and it was almost 2hrs away. Overall very nice place.”

“I brought my Arian's razor lawn mower in fare in for repair. I had purchased this one more new from another dealer. There was a problem with the starter or the battery from the beginning. After 4 years of taking the the Lawn mower in to where I had purchased it I brought it to RPMRPM was absolutely fabulous ! They discovered there was a disconnected there was a disconnected wire on the battery charger and fixed it now I have no problems with the electric starter. They they did the best tune job I have ever seen on my lawn mower the blades were razor sharp, Well balanced and all the rattles taken care of! Plus they cleaned the mower And it looked like it came out of the show room exclamation mbromp! Not a blade of grass stuck underneath or a speck of dirt anywhere! My one more my lawn mower purred like a kitten all last season. They do not have weekend hours and you can only drop your let me drop your equipment off during weekdays. Not to draw back but just be aware of the times that they are open.”

“Found product I was looking for, but not the size listed on website. I looked for some help, nobody around. Went to where you pay, cashier rang up the sale and said I needed to go to gray storage area; found that. Did not know I had to drive car to area. Got car, drove to area, showed receipt, wished I had a bigger vehicle... stuffed item in trunk and drove away. Item was a bale of hay to put on top of grass seed in bare areas of my yard. This was the first time going to this store. I'm sure now that I am familiar with Smithland, next time will be easier.”
“I definitely think this is best of Home Depot's in the area. We've received the best service and the products we are looking for are always in stock. We stopped in on July 4 to pick up some flowers. And not only were they happily open, they were serving up free hotdogs. And we had just painted some of our bathroom and our dog sat down square in the paint. We happened have to the dog with us and one of the associates noticed the paint all over the dog gave us a bottle of Krud Kutter to clean up the dog on the house.”

“I went to five other places looking for plants. None of them had the plants I was looking for. Dietrich had all of them and even a few I wouldn't be able to get. And their prices were comparable. Won't waste my time next time”
“We live in Cheshire and love Zentek farms. We have gone strawberry picking which was a lot of fun. We also often buy the fresh fruits and vegetables which are delicious. It is good to be able to support a local business and eat wonderful fresh food. The people who work there are so nice and friendly. We recently bought some pumpkins and mums which are looking lovely out on our deck!”
“I love all of the plants I buy from here. The staff is also willing to explain the care and upkeep for each plant they sell. They always have something new or interesting in stock. I would recommend this store to both new and advanced plant enthusiasts.”
“Great customer service from Kelley in the paint department. She went above and beyond to fix a can of Deck Over that was improperly mixed in the Waterbury Home Depot. It was a perfect match and I was able to finish my deck that day. Great attitude and service.”
“I just recently purchased a backpack leaf blower through them, when I initially called they were not in stock due to current market conditions, but they were friendly and polite, took my name and number and said they would let me know as soon as they did. I received a call a month or so later just like they said they would do, I was heading out on vacation for a week, but they let me pay for it over the phone and I picked it up when I got back... it was quick and easy, they did what they said they would do and they even got it started up for the first time and put in a full tank of gas! Oh and they gave me a pilsner mug, what more could you ask for, haha!”
“I discovered that they offered an area you could bathe you dog. Not only do they offer an area but they provide a variety of shampoos from aromatic to some made for sensitive skin. Towels and a dryer are also provided. Add to that staff members that are friendly and customer oriented”
“I’ve been to a lot of Home Depots within the last year and this location was by far the kindest staff. One guy offered me a cart while I was carrying large bins and then the woman at self checkout scanned my bins for me, helping me expedite checkout.”

“I love this store! I can get clothing for working out, for casual that is quality and inexpensive, among other great merchandise, such as photo magnets, photo frames, groceries. The vision center is in the store to get my daily disposable lenses and or a pair of glasses. Staff at both places are very cordial, amiable, jovial.”
