Always respectful of your time and money as well as your pets health. We've taken all our pets here for 7 years now and haven't had anything but good experiences. It's very helpful that they have weekend hours as well.

Our family has since moved to Texas, but we were very sad to say goodbue to this office. They saved our girl Ginger when she was having a seizure, we were close 3 times to losing her, but the doctors and nurses there saved her. The staff have always been friendly, and go over the top to provide the best care for your pets!

This place has got to be the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. My dog has been there only 6 months and I couldn't leave them fast enough to find another vet. Never have they ever kept an appointment on time so I don't know why they bother to make appointments. My last time there I stood in front of the counter for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES without being acknowledged. There was no hello, be with shortly, simply ignored for 100% of the time I was standing there. While I was waiting another customer came in and stood next to/behind me. Finally, the younger woman behind the desk picks her head up and says "may I help you?" to the customer that came in 20 minutes after I've been standing there. WTF! Another five minutes goes by helping the other customer, then their woman looks at me and says "have you been helped?" Now I'm asking myself is it just today or do they wake up stupid every day? I've observed the other, older woman behind the counter for six months and she was always mumbling things and very short with customers. This day I had the pleasure of watching her aggressively push her chair into a door and counter. But it doesn't end there. My appointment was for a routine arthritis shot which I had made They had upgraded my appointment to a regular vet visit with other services and NEVER even attempted to call or email or tell me about until I showed up. They also like to up sell anything they can to you. This office is an absolute bunch of French seals (a cluster phoque) Stay far away from here.

Love them! We have been taking our pets here for many years and they have always given superior care. They are consistently welcoming, accomodating and kind. Dr. Yu is amazing as was Dr. Joe. I cannot say enough about her attention to detail and her kind and giving nature.

My sister was treated unprofessionally at this vet. They charged her for services her pet did not receive and claimed it was because her pet “took up a time slot”. When she asked for a refund it seemed as though the secretary was attempting to make things right but when she came in for another appointment, the doctor turned the tables and attempted to charge my sister more money, stating her cat would need to be sedated for a physical exam. Her cat is not the easiest cat at times but is nowhere near aggressive enough for sedatives if you build the correct report. Her pet went undiagnosed and she was still charged for a full physical exam when a full exam was never performed. It seems as though they are more interested in making money than actually providing care to animals. I understand this is a business but at the end of the day these are people and pets who are trusting you with their care. Dr. Savakoff was very condescending and made my sister feel unvalued as a paying customer As if she had done something wrong. This vet office does miscommunicates, and rips off their customers. I will not bring any of my pets to this vet and would not recommend it to anyone who cares about their pet being valued as a life on this earth and not just a monetary transaction.

My experience with the male veterinarian was absolutely horrible. I was first given a price for laser treatment for my dog and when the time came to do the treatment I was told it would be a lot more. When I told him that’s not what you said at my last visit he became very RUDE, INSULTING and COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. Then when I returned a week later , the gossip started at the front desk with the receptionist’s and vet tech. They didn’t think I was as paying attention but I was. I’ve taken my others dogs there years ago to Dr Joe and I never experienced anything like I have recently. I will never return and nor will I ever refer them to anyone I know.

Every time you call it’s a five minute hold time. They charge through the roof for everything, hire more front desk help!

I've been taking my cats to Dr Yu for over 5 years now. Dr Yu and her staff are amazing and care deeply for their patients and their families. They took great care of my last cat who dealt with a lot of issues; recurring UTI's and IBD. One of my current cats was rescued and had upper respiratory and eye infections right from the beginning. We've been struggling for over a year now to deal with his increasingly severe allergies and Dr Yu has gone above and beyond to help him and our family. Although he'll be seeing a specialist eventually those appointments take months to get and in the meantime Dr Yu has gotten him in last minute on close to a dozen occasions. Anytime we call the office the staff are so kind and helpful. I truly have never experienced veterinary care like this before and I'm so grateful for Mountain Lore.

I ended my decades long relationship with powder Ridge vets, they are beyond nasty and ridiculous since Dr. Larry Brooks sold it. I'm going to be working on getting mountain lore as my new Veterinary Dr.

They are excellent! I have been going here for 20+ years with our Great Danes, cats, rats, and golden retrievers. Very pleased to say-it’s always a good experience. The team is friendly, well trained and very knowledgeable.

I have been taking my cats here since birth (7 Years). The staff is wonderful. Even my cats love them. My cats do object to some of the procedures Dr Yu does. But she is very patient and has a great sense of humor about it.

Dr. Sivakoff is great with both my senior dog and my 3 year old. She is gentle, kind, and made excellent diagnosis on both dogs.
