As a parent and Scoutmaster - I love that it’s a product that everyone is able to use and help clean up our cemeteries. “Picked up a Gozney Dome pizza oven from here and had the best experience ever. It was kind of an impulse purchase for my birthday so I wanted it same day instead of waiting for it to ship. I live in Northeastern CT so this store was about 1.5 hours from me, but they were the only ones with it in stock. I checked several MA, RI, CT ACEs and a couple home depots. Soo happy I pulled the trigger because not only was it the best price, but it was hands down the best customer service I've ever received. The owner, Pat made sure we had everything we needed and showed us videos of his son using the Dome and even texted us the videos. His employees were very friendly and super helpful before and after Pat got there. I'd definitely make the drive again if I ever need anything from ACE. Highly recommended.”
“Great Service & Friendly Team! I utilize them for my snowblower repairs. This was the first time I utilized their online service request form from their website. Kathy from the Service Dept. contacted me right away via email and arranged a pickup of my snowblower. They were able to even pick it up the same day! “Shout out to our local Ace Hardware store in Wolcott. My husband and I are closing on our house in Wolcott at the end of this week and we popped into Ace on our way to the food truck festival just to begin the process of choosing paint colors. We really wanted to go with Benjamin Moore and the large box stores do not carry it. Shout out to all of the employees at Ace Hardware. They were super helpful, pleasant and very welcoming. Will definitely be using them throughout our time in Wolcott!”

“Best staff and great Manager, Mr. Anger Diaz. We were traveling to Richmond, VA and needed a cargo carrier. It was dark outside, cold and raining pretty hard. Mr. Anger Diaz allowed us to put the cargo carrier together inside the store area. We had a great trip home that evening. Big shout out to this store and the staff!!!”
“My recent experiences have been excellent. We needed composite shiplap to side a customers chimney and nobody around could find it but CJ at Country Lumber. I had to find bi-fold closet doors that matched my existing entry doors and CJ had them for me next day with just a photo. Customer service is excellent and I will continue to be a customer moving forward.”

The owner is a great guy and has always given me some good tips on the jobs I’m about to tackle. The Hardware store next door is also great, with great customer service.. “I had a small plumbing repair job to do, and didn't want to use an after market part. None of the home improvement stores carried it, and I didn't want to wait for mail order. So I tried Winsupply. I pulled up to the door, walked in and an employee asked can I help you( nice not to have spend five minutes looking for someone ) I showed him to part, he walked over, and got me the part rang it up,and I was back in my car in less than five minutes. The staff there are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and the price was very reasonable.”

“Decent selection of flowers at a competitive price. They actually had someone working in the garden center early on a Saturday unlike Walmart. I wouldn't expect to pay wholesale prices but they did have alot of clearance options.”
“My go to home improvement center, typical Home Depot. Must make note, I previously suggested them for countertops. After all was done, I wouldn't get them designed or installed from HD again. There was lots of issues with the process, including the designer(she didn't want to assist once she got her commissions)and install (broken or missing ) but just to run in for soil or light bulbs, ok”
“Great location that is organized, well-stocked, and conveniently placed by other useful stores in the Commons. The key kiosk here lets you pay right at the machine instead of going to the checkout counters which is very convenient. Bathrooms were clean. We had to speak to a couple employees about items we needed and they were kind and helpful. I would come here again.”

Speaking of their crew, the guys were also friendly, quick, professional, and took pride in their work.
