She inquired as to what we might be interested in and also why we might want to replace our current mattress. She walked us through a number of possibilities, carefully explaining the attributes of each - no pressure at all. Her patience and knowledge were very much appreciated and when we did decide on our choice it was clear that she helped us so much - without her we might still be wandering your showroom.”

“Superior Customer Experience . I suggest buying from Foucault's and saving yourself time, money, etc..It took me no time at all with the help of Christine Foucault, Sales Representative, to choose and buy my new Whirlpool washer, Whirlpool dryer and Weber grill. She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . I will go back and I will refer all my friends and family to use Foucault's.”

“I read the reviews and had to check this place out. From the outside, it looked kind of small but once you walk in, take the elevator downstairs and I was pleasantly surprised. There's a Buy Buy Baby right next door. On first glance, this store reminded me of a Home Goods. They had home decor, snacks, plates, and furniture. This is the place to buy unique gifts for people.I of course had to check the food and snack sections. They had different items from all over the world. They had unique chips, caviar flavor and egg flavor! It looked interesting and I would definitely try it but not for $6.99 for a smallish bag of chips. That was a big thing I noticed, the prices were a little steep. Some of these unique items I can get somewhere else a little bit cheaper. Although, they had some sample size hot sauces that I had to try; truffle hot sauce and habanero honey mustard, these were so good. There were clearance shelves scattered throughout. In the end, a cute store and I'll go buy some unique snacks, home decor, and gifts, especially if it's on the cheaper end of their spectrum.”
“I have purchased all my furniture from Bobs in Southington for many years now. I recently bought a recliner chair with massage and heat features for a great savings from Bob's Clearance Dept. The reason it was on clearance was the remote was missing. The salesman claimed he had no idea of the cost of the remote but did use a showroom remote to test the chair. He provided information on how to purchase a replacement. Then he adds I need to purchase a universal power pack as well. I got a fabulous deal on the exact chair I wanted. However... I would have appreciated full transparency from the salesman before I set my choice on buying this particular piece of furniture. In these times money matters more than ever. The salesman should have made me aware of all factors involving costs related to my purchase as I made him aware of my choice not when it was time for payment. Nevertheless, a great deal was the goal. I will still make Bob's my first choice when shopping for furniture.”

“This is one of my favorite places to shop! They always have new seasonal items to help add some pizzazz to your home. They also have a large selection of dishes, pans, linens- almost anything you might need for your home. They even have an aisle for pets. Lamps, some furniture, mirrors and pictures give you a selection that you can afford. They get new items daily, so you never see the same things each time you go. I am a retired kindergarten teacher, but the reasonable prices at Home Goods enable me to “change up “ things without breaking the bank.”

Wendy has ample amounts of both, and Target was wise to put her in charge of a store. I have no doubt that she earns her position every day. She earned my business and respect in about 60 seconds. She actively listened and went above and beyond to address my issue. She proved the importance of what companies do when something goes wrong and how they empower someone in a position to make it right.”
