This is going back to October/November of last year. Located in Meriden. The bosses brother came over to deliver us oil, he destroyed all of the solar lights that were on the edges of our yard. We called and wanted money for the damage they have caused. He got the money and that was said and done. Fast forward to about last week, we needed emergency oil and needed them to come out because we sadly had no oil in the tank. They told us that they would do the 150 gallons no problem. We get off the phone and wait for them to arrive. Not even 10 minutes goes by and they call saying they can only supply 5 gallons to get us through the night… so the $200 emergency fee was worthless for that amount of gallons. Which is outrageous. They took advantage of the situation and decided to jip us. That night the same guy, the bosses brother came to the house. My better half had to do all the work… and the brother decided to make a snarky comment of the solar lights, “oh where’s the lights we gave you money for.” First off sir, it was too cold to put them into the ground. Secondly, what we do with those lights is none of your business.Fast forward to today. We paid the same guy the rest of the money we owed to them for the oil we needed. We specifically called to tell them that we do not want the bosses brother on our property, we asked to meet a different location other than our home. He still showed up to our home unannounced.No phone call, when we’ve asked many times to call when they’re near. We called the company again today to ask why the same guy came to our property when we asked for him not to and to meet at a different location. The woman who spoke over the phone with us, yelled at us told us that that’s not her job to take it up to the owner and that she doesn’t need to have attitude being thrown at her. When all we did was politely ask why he was sent once again and why he came to our home when we asked to meet somewhere other than our home… poor customer service skills. Will never do business with this company ever again… just utter disrespect we’ve gotten since the incident with the solar lights that they damaged…

One very-cold morning, I awoke to an unexpected-empty oil tank.I was quite flustered when I called to get a delivery that same day.Thankfully, Eazy Oil fit me in and, within an hour, I had heat.I’ve called only a few times, to get set up for auto delivery, and everyone with whom I spoke was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.I am grateful to have found Eazy Oil.We all need professional companies we can trust with our business.

I called and was told the fee was $100 for a same day delivery. Called back 4 min later and he upped it to $200. I was out of oil and rushing to work, so had no other option. But I'll never use this shady company again.

These guys really do a great job my wife and I bought a house last year and looked all over for easy oil delivery and setup these guys are hassle free and professional they are there when you need them and are very honest and there prices are lower than most companies in the area I highly recommend eazy oil.

Didn't know of this company.. Was a long time Ron's Family Fuel customer. Have been buying from an other company. His pricing is extremely complicated!!
