“Eko did an incredible job undercoating my truck. I thought I wanted a product like NHOU or Fluid Film but talking to him about the meticulous process of masking off parts (shocks, exhaust, airbags, stickers, aftermarket parts, etc.), the permanent coating he uses, the cavity wax he uses to rustproof areas he can't spray, and the prep work required to make it all stick long-term convinced me that this was the way to go. He is essentially prepping the whole undercarriage for paint - very different than his competition. It's more expensive but it's worth it for the finished product if you don't want black oil just sprayed everywhere underneath and have to go back every year.I'm a car guy who did a bunch of research to end up driving 1.5hrs each way to get this done, Eko is a car guy who cares a lot about details and workmanship, and you will be happy with the end product. Just check out in the pictures how much masking he did of parts and you will see this isn't your run of the mill oil spray job. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who's willing to invest in making their vehicle indefinitely through NE winters. I'm just glad there's someone who will do this painstaking work - it's worth every penny for the amount of time that goes into this.”

“Extremely satisfied with the top notch service and attention that my brand new 2023 vehicle received while being repaired at Ray’s! The team went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. Mike and his team are elite, efficient and knowledgeable. Mike advocated for me with my insurance to make sure my 6 month old Subaru did not get aftermarket parts fighting for what was right. I was kept updated throughout the repair process, all questions were answered, and the vehicle repairs were completed 4 days sooner than expected. When we picked up our vehicle it literally looked better than when we had purchased it brand new off the lot (inside and out) - we are so thankful! They literally rebuilt the front end!! “Great customer service. My car was done exactly within the time frame they told me when I dropped my car off. I was sent there by Insurrance because someone backed in my front end while I was at work. They did an awesome job. If I ever need more work done I’ll definitely be going back to them! The lady at the front desk was awesome and was able to answer all my questions especially after I told her I got screwed over with an accident in the past.

“I recently brought my car into Zoel's for 2 body repairs, and I couldn't be more pleased with both experiences. Customer service is awesome, and quality of work is phenomenal !

For both jobs, I was impressed with the estimated repair timelines (accurate) and the frequent updates. I spent a few hours in the shop waiting room, which is clean and comfortable. Michelle at the front desk is efficient, organized, and considerate.

Before my second repair, one of the staff members offered to take a test drive with me, where he immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part promptly, and scheduled a slot with me.

“My fiancee and I purchased a 2004 jeep grand Cherokee back in December of 2017. The salesman chris, had been driving this vehicle for some time and had immediately explained that the shifter was faulty having to shift into 2nd and then back up into drive for the gear to engage. We didn't think anything of it at first but some time went by and we noticed the transmission was slipping quite a bit. We immediately contacted Chris and he said to bring it down to have a look. Knowing we were in need of a car so my fiancee could get to work he offered us a rental while our car was being worked on. It was brought to budget transmission in west haven (personally I would never go thru them again they had our jeep for over a month and eventually decided to put a used tranny in Chris did fight for a rebuild but the warranty company wouldnt go for it) The first rental car we received has issues as well but he immediately traded it out for something different. He was always kind and generous and willing to work with us. He has also been very patient with us in payments as he understands things happen that we cant always control. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the issues with the jeep when we received it but we also understand it is an older vehicle and you cannot expect an older vehicle to behave 100% of the time. Yes our car has many issues but it's much better than not having a car at all. We had very little money to work with and Chris was always helpful and understanding of our situation. I have read some of these reviews and some of them are absurd. People complaining out small issues with much older cars. What do you expect. I personally have nothing against these guys because in my experience with them yes things happen that you cannot control. All we can do it work together to find a solution.”

Mechanic services-- superior service. Will never overcharge and respects people. Every person I've referred here is happy and also becomes a loyal customer. Family business. Owner and all employees speak respectfully to everyone including women. Answers questions and explains in ways that the non-mechanic people will understand. Stands by their work and does not upsell unnecessary fixes or services. This is not while you wait. No walk ins. Make appointment. Most repairs completed same day or by next day. Very popular.

Used car sales-- the real honest used car dealership. They have lots of classic cars and a lot of no haggle, reliable, and affordable cars. I've bought 2 cars there. They do not sell any car that the owner, Chris, has not approved. He will not sell anything he would not give to his own parent or child. The price is the price. No padding. So none of the song and dance that makes used car buying so terrible. This is the place to go if looking for a used car.

Business-- this is not a while you wait garage, however, they do have an ever rotating display of the owner's classic restored cars so give yourself a minute to ogle. The lot is packed (very popular business). Once again, do not drive in expecting a repair. They book a week in advance. They do maintenance, repairs, and body work, too. They have multiple bays that are full at any given time. They have a website that shows the cars for sale, but call if you are looking because not everything is on the site (especially if you are looking for something specific like a starter car for a teen). EVERYONE in the local auto industry knows the owner Chris and respects him (after market parts, tire sales, tow trucks, scrap yards...). When looking for that one part or that one car, Chris can either find it or put you in touch with someone who can. Great business who never needs to advertise; decades of happy customers are all the ads they need.”

“I was involved in an accident midway to my destination and my car was not drivable. Through GEICO AutoRepair XPress, I found Schaller Auto Body. Not being familiar with the area, I relied on reviews and wanted to be sure to post my own and gush about the quality of the repair work, their customer service, and their help through the entire process. First, they went out of their way to try to help me navigate the process with GEICO, and were proactive about getting my car off the tow lot - even more so than GEICO! They were very open and transparent about the repairs process, calling me to review my estimate and communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process. My car was completed on the scheduled release date, and the quality of the work was superb. Most of the front of my KIA Soul was replaced (including hood, grille, and bumper) and both looking at and driving my car, you would never guess it had been in an accident.
