“My dad came here to activate his debit card as he was having issues. A gentleman by the name of PATRICK was super nice to him, extremely patient and very understanding. He made the call for him, helped him at the ATM to make sure his card worked and also made sure his pin # was correct.My dad is not tech-savvy at all and gets nervous around things that have to electronics and pin numbers, etc. So Patrick was extremely helpful and I just want to give kudos to him!! “American Eagle is the best ! Sally and her staff are the sweetest bankers I’ve ever met. I first went to Webster bank for an equity loan, they did a drive by appraisal then turn me down. They compared my house to a house 1600sq smaller with no basement. AE ‘s appraisal came in over $200k more than crooked Webster. The Banks can’t compete with the excellent quality of service that you get from Credit Unions!”

She tried multiple different ways to help me and brainstormed alternative solutions with me. I came into the bank 30 minutes before closing and I never felt rushed. She was also very patient with my curious two year old which I really appreciate.
