What a total jerk this guy was on the phone. His ad offers in home TV repair. I told him I had a Vizio and I gave him the model number. I am not sure if he just didnt comprehend what I was saying but talk about unprofessional and insulting. Please take my advice and look elsewhere. This isn't a professional business whatsoever. Serious attitude issue on the phone.

Man who answered the phone was very rude. After trying to say what happenened to the tv, he said he can not fix it and to buy a new one then proceeded to hung up in my face. No professionalism at all. Very rude. Wouldn't recommend.

Good honest guy. Responds quickly and after being unable to fix my problem he was honest about it and said I’m better off buying a new one instead of charging me for an expensive part. Definitely recommend.

Our TV was very blue and Ivan knew right away what the issue was. He promptly replaced the broken part and our TV is like new again. Very happy with his service.

Excellent service!! We called and they sent Ivan out that evening. He was wonderful, explained what was wrong and required for repair , and although we decided not to repair the TV, he took time to discuss various brands with us. Courteous, prompt, professional and friendly, we'll definitely call them again if we have issues in the future!

Called on a Friday morning, and Ivan came out same day to diagnose my TV problem. $50 to figure out what was wrong, and if I wanted to go forward with the repair he would put the $50 toward it. It was a faulty power supply, and he fixed it within a week. Very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Ivan is on the ball. Calls back quickly, show up on time, gives you a sense of the problem and your options. Very satisfied customers and would use them again in a heartbeat.

This is a rating on their customer service. Called and asked about tv repair and was questioned as to why I would call a place in the middle of CT. Company doesn't even answer the phone stating the buisness name. Thought the guy was pretty rude.

Had an issue with my SHARP 45" TV, called Ivan, he responded immediately and gave me an appointment for the next day. When he came over, he was friendly, courteous and fixed my TV. Price is reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this company!
