Great place for all of your health care needs!! My therapist Jade is wonderful. She actually talks to me and even offers advice. She's very kind.I've been reading other comments and I understand no healthcare facility is perfect, especially in this day and age with a shortage of doctors and nurses, but I feel like Wheeler is getting a bad rap with some of the negative comments I've read. All I can say is give them a try and make your own judgement. I did and I'm very happy with my decision!

Thank you all for helping me.Being out of work for over 4 years because of a work related injury has been very difficult for me to deal with.If I didn't have the help that I receive from Wheeler Clinic, I am not certain of the type of person I would be.A special thank you to Jade.

I used to be a patient thereMy experience is there are very unfair due to the fact that how they treat me and my medical insurance how they play with your money You are the hospital that gave me ozempic and now I'm suffering from gallbladder disease but don't worry because my team of lawyers will be contacting you very soon These people are the same people that would charge you an arm and a leg

Most good therapists leave which leaves clients starting all over again. Seen 3 leave. Also their policies on some things were made up on the spot , as even the CEO didn't have an answer. They should NOT be tied to 211, and definitely not to be utilized for medication management. The company now does regular health as well as mental health and any phonecall you make there you will be stuck in a massive queue, sometimes with a 72 hour callback. The disorganization and "policy" issues are so bad. If you are a vet or have anything serious going on for yourself or anyone else in your family , don't go there... it will save you years of living through nonsense and incompetentcy. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there, let alone people I care about, which is a shame. They have two aprn there that don't have a collective clue how to treat or talk to patients. If a person without a degree can tell and know more about side effects than an aprn, going there is not healthy.Who did their hiring? Their communication from therapy management and medication management across the board is worse than anyone could imagine.I wouldn't go there again if someone paid me. The signs they have up say they are well rated and inclusive. They pretend, as they are not.*And whoever from wheeler is replying to these reviews with the same regurgitated B.S., use chatgpt. I suspect it is the owner or CEO. Maybe your answers will sound different and not like a Walmartish chat bot. If you actually cared about your clients you would close. Kinda sounds like thoughts and prayers on your end, which is the equivalent of " yeah whatever".Zero stars. 1 is too much. Get a clue. Act accordingly. I dare you to do better than fail your clients constantly.

This place was hell for me as a kid in the late 70's early 80's. Locking kids in isolation rooms with lights off was torture not help!!

It's a shame. I used to hold this facility in such high regard. I've known of Wheeler since my childhood, as family members had used this facility prior. It has since fallen from grace in the most ugly fashion.I am on my 3rd therapist since starting treatment here in late 2021 (I also came here for treatment in the early-2010's). I will not mention names for privacy's sake.My 1st therapist was mediocre, called out frequently, had to reschedule several appointments, and was not what I needed, so I spoke with the supervisor and requested a change.I met the APRN/Med Guy (as they call themselves) at this time as well. They're fantastic and have been helping out very well.My 2nd therapist was damn near perfect, we met 3 times, then they literally ghosted everyone including their workplace. They don't know when, or if, they'll be back.My next "therapist" was a stand-in until we figured out who I would work with next, who is the department supervisor. I told them that I was extremely unhappy with everything that's transpired thus far. They agreed and said they would also be unhappy. They helped me find my current therapist.3rd therapist is okay so far. No praises, no complaints. Now my next MG appointment was supposed to be the 2/6/22 when they get back from vacation. 7:50 PM tonight, I get a call from a restricted number, so I ignore it as I usually do. They leave a voicemail.IT'S THE FACILITY TELLING ME I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE MG WILL BE ON LEAVE THE NEXT 6 WEEKS!Yes I'm aware something could've happened, which is fine. But to call at nearly 8pm (when they close) from a restricted number? Seems kind of unprofessional to me.I really am starting to feel like nobody wants to help me get better. I've tried on my own, and I can't do it alone. That's why I've reached out for help, but because of the insurance I have and my financial situation, I am fairly limited to where I can go.And in all honesty, I've had all 3 therapists admit that they are not getting the help THEY need from management. Two of which even told me they work harder than they are paid. Could be why employee retention and morale is so low. And trust me, it's palpable at times. It seems they respond to their reviews, so I'm hoping this may actually get some attention. Maybe they will see their patients are in jeopardy, and not just their wallets ?♂️

Worst mental health place. The med providers don't give patients the meds they need and most of the therapists take "sides". Their solution for anxiety meds is to prescribe blood pressure medication

My son’s therapist Gigi is amazing and we are really happy that we have her! My d atom is very shy and since seeing her I do see a change in him. I know it doesn’t happen overnight but I’m hoping to get there constantly because I was sick as d then my son got sick and we need to just be there and work on letting his feelings out and working on his communication skills and she’s been really working great with him he’s a young teenager but shes a great therapist!! Thank you Gigi for all you do for us ??

I don’t even know where to begin with the problems this place has. They’ve made so many mistakes that left my child abruptly without meds right before starting school. I show up for an appt and find out they never put it in the computer so even though I have a card with the time and date I still wasted my time getting there to not be seen. You can’t call because they have one main number that you can never get through on. You have to show up on any random day just to get an intake and hope you get seen, but you can literally wait hours and still be turned away. I’ve never seen such terrible business practices. I’ve heard horrible things about them for years but I was in a bind and brought my child there. It’s time to find somewhere else and I recommend you do the same. It’s like herding cattle around there. You’re just another number.

NOT a safe place if you reveal your religious convictions. Side with common morals. Don't generally see eye to eye. Huge staff turnaround. Questionable practices found on certain forums. In the form of video & audio. "Either you agree with certain upper staff or they're against you". We viewed 17 hours of video. Had comments by staff telling of more. Wouldn't recommend! Our small media company has compiled hours of footage. By willing patients whom agreed to wire and remain confidential. Intimidating environment for staff in which some footage has been gifted to us. Causing patients to be the "enemy" is violation of State & Federal laws. We'll be airing on Netflix with. 18 months with our documentary. Pending the legal advice and assistance we're paying for. Our hope it's to return Wheeler back to a safe place for everyone. Seeking damages from an entity & replacement of certain staff. We aim to bring this to light. Our advertisement funds are already banked. What's right is right. Not the your rights over the vulnerable using intimidating type tactics. While macerating as "helping" the patient. Thank God ECT days are gone. This is our company's review. Once our investigation is done. See you on Netflix. Too many rights violations with a long way from statute of limitations expiring.

The pediatrician is a very good doctor. But Wheeler Clinic Pediatrics is very neglectfulAnd getting child my child's needs meet in between his wellness visits is like pulling teeth with them. Getting paperwork for school, camp, and prescriptions and referrals situated is a struggle.
